Holiday Apartment Michelangelo is a completely independent property with a private garden with built-in barbecue, equipped dining area and smoking area. Inside we find on the ground floor a living area with a double sofa bed, flat screen TV, and dining area, a fully equipped kitchen with crockery, fridge, oven, dishwasher, toaster, electric kettle, coffee maker, and microwave oven kitchen linen and finally a bathroom with dressing room with hairdryer, shower with sauna and whirlpool, washing machine, towels and towels. On the upper floor there is a mezzanine with a double bed and a small walk-in closet, as well as an air conditioning system and bed linen. All rooms are bright and comfortable and have windows with mosquito nets. Guests can enjoy free WiFi in the entire area of the Holiday Apartment Michelangelo as well as the independent heating system and everything needed to iron their clothes. Inside the structure there is a "Welcome book" for guests, translated into 4 languages (Italian, English, French and Spanish), where you will find all the information regarding the city of Arezzo and its Museums, Churches and Cultural Buildings , as well as the ticket prices and the opening hours of the same. There are also some recommended itineraries to do in the various valleys around the city. At check in you will be required to pay the tourist tax which amounts to € 1.50 per person per night up to and including the fourth night. Children under 12 are exempt. Furthermore, the presence of all the participants in the stay is necessary. No cribs or extra beds can be added.
