Nice location. Very well maintained resort/garden/pool area. Very quiet and grocery store 10 min walk. The appartement is very spacious and perfect to have an relaxed time. But it really needs some things to get fixed.

Especially The master bed really needs a new mattress. It was very uncomfortable. It is hard and you feel every spring (as mentioned from others before). That is really a main issue. 2 toasters there were broken. Fuse was released when using and one was broken anyway The master bath room had a broken shower head bracket and the tub was already rusty and moldy around The washing machine had complete worn out shock absorbers and the drum was banging on the sides during spin The tap in the kitchen is leaking and some water is coming out of the kitchen socket. We put a towel around to minimise this. When these issues are fixed it is really a nice and perfect vacation spot 👌

Great apartment. Spacious and good quality. Parking in front. Secure project. Poolside restaurant was reasonable, only slightly over priced and very convenient. Rooftop ocean view from terrace. Some units have uncovered and smaller terrace. This one is large and covered. Short walk to beach and shops. Nice kitchen too.

No pool-beach towels (though they can be rented for 2.50e each plus 15e deposit for length of stay) would be nice to have basic cooking supplies like salt, pepper, oil.ships. The tennis courts are well beyond reasonable life but fine for people not serious about tennis.

Great location, spacious and airy with view. The greater property is also a very good one.

Small things, could have done with more towels and the one bath was lacking a plug, but only mentioning as asked, the stay was excellent and would return.

A lovely holiday in a great apartment.

A beautiful apartment with everything you could possibly need. We are not people who sunbathe much by a pool so we were out and about in the car throughout the days but it was lovely to come back to such a lovely apartment. It was a 5 minute walk down to the beach area and restaurants and about a 10 minute walk to the supermarkets.

There was nothing we didn’t like!

Brilliant, clean, spacious apartment

Fantastic apartment, really clean and has all amenities you could need. Great pools and a little play area for the kids in the complex. Close to the beach, shops and restaurants. We really enjoyed our stay here

The apartment is large enough for two teens and parents to spread out with a nice sized patio, close to parking so we didn’t have to haul our luggage car, and well appointed.

The beds were hard and uncomfortable, the pillows were not a good quality, and the wifi was terrible. we ran out of toilet paper and there was no napkins/paper towels, coffee or tea so be prepared to find the supermarket before you settle in.

Great place to relax. Access to pool(s), close to beach and restaurants.

Very large, well appointed apartment. Nice outdoor space. Complex has 3 heated pools plus tennis courts.

The complex is towards the edge of town. But the town is also tiny, so not a big issue.

Enjoyed a lovely relaxing stay. Would recommend the apartment and the resort to anyone.

Spacious, well equipped apartment with nice outlook located in a quiet location but only a short walk to town.

absolutely fantastic!

this apartment is fantastic! firstly it is huge! way too much room for a couple but we felt right at home as we had so much space! this would easily be able to house two couples or a family of four as there are two bedrooms both with full en-suites so that if you were sharing you would have seperate quarters. The apartment is fully stocked with everything you could want and more and the location is superb. The balcony is large and has a big outdoor dining table and chairs with a lovely view of the village and the sea. The beach is a five minute walk and you are in the heart of Luz where all the bars and restaurants are. If you are physically able I would highly recommend that you walk left from the promenade all the way to the top of rocha negra to see some fantastic views over luz and the algarve coastline. The hosts were amazing and were on WhatsApp whenever we needed them! absolutely great service, do not go and stay anywhere else as you will not get the same size apartment as close to luz!

The location and calming

The prices of ice cream (2 times normal price) and beers at Alloro restaurant! Also the fact that they served me a beer which half of it was in the glass from I don’t know who ….. and in this time Generally the quality of restaurants in Algarve was so bad that for sure it will have consequences in short time! The food is a trap for tourists

The apartment was big and comfortable. Not far from the beach, reastaurants and supermarket. We enjoyed our stay.

There was no shampoo, shower gel and washing powder.

How spacious the place is, real luxury apartment with all the necessary amenities and more. Including underground parking.

Apart from a little issue, that was promptly handled by the owner and reception. I have nothing to that I disliked about the place or the owners. They were super nice about it all.
