Nestled in Mallory Park, this attractive condo for $305 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. Real Escapes Properties is pleased to offer this 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom Ocean Walk townhouse! Ocean Walk B-4 is a delightfully decorated townhome located at the front of the complex right across from one of the two pools located in the complex. The downstairs level is where you will find the fully equipped kitchen, dining room and large den with plenty of comfortable furniture. There is a small back patio with a private grill off of the living room. Upstairs, the master bedroom has a king bed and an en-suite with a tub/shower combination. The 2 additional guest bedrooms upstairs share a full bath with a tub/shower combination. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other bedroom is more of an upstairs 'den' with a new recliner, twin bed and TV. Ocean Walk is a picturesque condominium community within walking and biking distance of the Village Pier, shops and restaurants, as well as the beach. The very large campus offers a park-like setting with century old oaks shading the various buildings. Palm trees and colorful foliage landscape the two large swimming pools. One pool is heated from September - April. Other community amenities include a sizeable duck pond with fountain, a fitness center, tennis court and a children's playground. CHECK IN: 4:00 pm CHECK OUT: 10:00 am • Any group gatherings and events at this property are limited to the number of occupants (maximum # of adults 4). • Sorry, but no pets are allowed in this unit. • Parking is available for 2 vehicles. • 1 mile to Massengale Beach Access, 1.5 miles to Coast Guard Station Access,1/2 mile to Pier & Village Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families. What to Expect in your Unit: • There are 2 TVs located in this property. • Linens (Bath towels and bed sheets) are provided along with a Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bag. Older, but clean condo with great amenities throughout the complex. We loved being able to walk to the Village and Pier to enjoy meals and play on the playgrounds. There is a nice playground inside the complex as well. Our kids had fun playing basketball located inside the tennis courts. And the pool was clean and conveniently located to the condo. The condo was spacious. It could use some updating, but everything felt clean. Being at the beach, it would be nice to have a washer and dryer included in the condo, but there are laundry facilities located within the condo complex.

We enjoyed this condo for a quick weekend visit to SSI. It was clean and comfortable and perfect for the 5 of us. Great location and had everything we needed. The beds were comfortable. Enjoyed sitting on the back patio.

Good location just a short drive to the beach. The kids loved the pool on the property (complete with volleyball net), swings hanging from the trees were a nice surprise and they played on the playground. The Pier Village and Fort St. Simon were close with lots to do...we wished we could have stayed longer. Mary at the rental company was awesome. We would visit again.

This was our 3rd year at this property. And we were as disappointed this year (hoping it would get better) as the previous 2 yrs. we will not rent from this company again. The white linnens were gray, the kitchen towels looked untouchable, the glasses and dishes were not washed with soap. Lip marks on glasses and grease on dishes. No spare softsoap in any of 3 bathrooms, no garbage bags, no dishwashing soap, no liquid soap for dishes. The carpet was filthy and we had to wear socks to walk on it. The door mat had not ever been shaken out. No pool towels. We found another unit at Ocean Walk which is owner rented thru vrbo and met the cleaning lady, who Lives behind the property and treats it as her own. The difference in attitude between Real Escapes Properties and an owner renting is worlds apart. We have a townhouse on the lake next year and look forward to a home away from home.

We had a great family stay at this condo. It was perfect location to drive to the beach. We were able to walk to the village for dinner and ice cream with no trouble. When we arrived, the AC unit had broken, but within an hour, Real Escapes had someone there working on the unit and fixed it in no time. Very easy to work with!
The condo had mostly everything we needed, but I would recommend taking anything extra you may need to cook. We found ourselves going to the store for baking sheets, colander, etc. Overall, clean and nice stay!

Nice home, near to restaurants
This home is well presented, clean and comfortable. The house has three good size bedrooms, two nice bathrooms, a comfortable living room and a nice clean kitchen. The pool is located across the road from the house, just a minutes walk away which was really convenient!
The local village is a 10 minute walk from the house, which is really convenient for restaurants and shops. The beaches are a 5 minute drive from the house.
We had a lovely stay and were able to enjoy all the local attractions while based in this lovely home.
