Harbor Light at the Beach eagerly awaits you and your family! Come see what an East Beach Cottage is all about! Located just minutes away from the ocean, this charming 4 bedroom, 3 bath cottage has plenty of living and relaxing space. This original cottage is well appointed, spacious and has new updated kitchen and bathrooms. The first floor easily accommodates up to 6 people. There are three bedrooms – one with a King bed and en-suite bath, one with a queen bed and bath, and one bedroom with a trundle bed that doubles as an office. The roomy upstairs loft known as the "Bunk Room" has a full bath with 2 full-size beds, 3 twin beds, and a lounging/TV area that's great for kids (and adults). Other amenities located at Harbor Light at the Beach include an eat-in kitchen, laundry room, rocking chair porch, dining room big enough for a crowd and a comfortable living room. There is an outdoor seating area in the backyard near the charcoal grill. After spending the day at the beach, there is a welcoming outdoor shower with hot water! This property is convenient to several Island specialty shops and restaurants, as well as the Historic Coast Guard Station which now houses the WWII exhibit on the Island. So spacious with plenty of room and beds for 8 adults. We loved the outdoor shower, being able to walk to the beach. The front porch was great for sitting. Great house.

This house was the perfect fit for bringing our boys and and our oldest son's friends. The five 17 and 18 year old guys shared the second floor bedroom, with a bed for each. We were celebrating our oldest turning 18 and spent a great night grilling and cooking before eating, sharing stories and laughing for 2 hours around the large dining room table. The beaches were very close, with great waves and sand to hang out at. I just wished we could have spent more days at this lovely house!

We had a short trip to the island and were luckily able to get this place sort of last minute. The house is very spacious, comfortable, clean and conveniently located. We were only a half block to a beach access. The house has all we needed from beach towels to appliances to dishes to an assortment of games, cards, and books. A great house and we'll definitely try to get it again next time we go to SSI

This was a great place to stay. We enjoyed our time. It is three blocks from the public beach access and about 1.5 miles to downtown area. Beds were comfortable, nice selection of kitchen utensils, lots of seating. We enjoyed it.

Loved this house in every way. A well-stocked kitchen and comfortable furnishings made it seem like home, but the art and historical decor helped us fall in love with beautiful Saint Simons Island. Plenty of space on the first floor for 5 adults, but wished we had some children along to make use of the cozy bunk room upstairs! House is located in a very comfortable neighborhood for relaxing on the porch or walking around. Can't wait to come back!

This was a wonderful property with more than enough room for 5 adults and 3 children. The history of the family and the home was fascinating. I wish we could have stayed longer. It is a bit of a walk to the beach, but that seems to be the case for all East Beach houses in this neighborhood.

We had fun on the ‘secret path’ to the beach—so easy to get to the water! We played in the sand morning and night, enjoyed sunrise and sunset beach walks. We rented bikes one afternoon and went all over the island. Of course we stopped for ice cream at Moo Cow—delicious! We ordered shrimp by the pound from Iguanas and enjoyed the best fried shrimp and sauce on the planet. In the evenings we played board games and cards, rocked in the porch chairs and laughed for hours! By the pier we love the playgrounds and shopping. This was a weekend getaway we will never forget!!!!!

This was a great cottage with lots of room close to East Beach. There were some pest issues but the company was very responsive to treating that issue to prevent it in the future. Parking is ample and easy and the home was well-equipped for a large group of 10-12 people. I recommend it.

The house was very comfortable and well equipped. The location was in a great neighborhood and convenient to the beach, Light House, Pier, restaurants, shops, etc. It may not be the newest property in the area, but it was perfect. We would definitely stay there again.

The little house is great! The place is located in a quiet neighborhood on a beautiful natural beach filled with friendly people. The house felt loved in and was very well equipped and comfortable. At the end of our trip we accidentally left an important personal item at the room. The rental staff individual I spoke with personally went and found the item and mailed it to me. That little anecdote should tell you what you need to know about their customer service!

Wonderful location, charming home
We loved staying at this property - and found everything about the home, decor, and yard to be completely charming. The home was spotless. We ended up walking down to the 5th street beach access, which we found to be an easier walk with our wagon than the 3rd street beach access (no longer a passable access at 4th street). Would certainly stay here again in the future.

Lovely house
This property is on a quiet street and the photos online are an almost exact likeness to the actual house. It’s roomy with a great upstairs for children or teens. The walk to the beach is a little longer than expected but was manageable and we saw some beautiful wildlife on the way. I’d stay here again!
