Located in Yea, this attractive house for $361 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. 3 BR house, for 2 guests you are given 1 queen size room which is suitable for a couple, if not a couple please inform us that you need 2 separate rooms. Please be advised that Children Over the age of 5 will incur a payment of $45 a night and please advise us on your booking of how many children so we can provide you a quotation. Early 1900’s Victorian period home, recently renovated. Nestled on the banks of the Yea River. 3 full sized bedrooms. Yea accommodation, up to 8 people. Features: Cosy lounge with coonara wood heater, TV/DVD., fully equipped kitchen and BBQ with outdoor setting. Enclosed back garden with access to the Yea River. Nearby 300 metre walk to shops, restaurants, Yea Wetlands, playground and skate park. Easy access to the Goulburn River High Country Rail trail. Near By ATTENTION! ! There is additional payment for every child. Children's are allowed 1-4 ages are free 5-14 ages $45 per child (per night ) 15-17 ages $125 per child (per night )

Well appointed property with all the small details provided. Very clean and comfortable

Yea river cottage provided us with the ideal base to conclude our 8 day bike odyssey. The cottage had all the amenities we required and space to spread out. The guys particularly enjoyed the backyard area facing the creek where we were able to enjoy winding down in bright sunshine. Thanks Grge for making the whole process so seamless.

Great spot to base yourself in Yea, and surrounds. Close to town, clean, quiet, cottage, with river frontage out in the back yard. Joseph was professional and very welcoming!

Such a perfect cottage with a wonderful host. Joseph was so easy to communicate with, and went above and beyond to get his place fixed after the floods, to not have to cancel my reservation as it was for my bridal party before my wedding. He was truly amazing to plan with, and his cottage was amazing. Extremely neat, great size, perfect central location. Would highly recommend!! Thank you so much Joseph!

Nice spot to explore Yea and the surrounding area from, we were doing the rail trails so used as a base, we stayed in winter but in summer the big deck and large garden would be great for a family

Absolutely fantastic house. We loved it - parked the car and could walk in to town. River just behind and house was immaculate. Will be back for sure.

Lovely, relaxing cottage
The River Cottage is a lovely house, very comfortable, has a large back verandah to relax on and a fabulous backyard to sit by the river.

wonderful property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Yea River Cottage. The property was very clean and well maintained with everything you need except food! The river proximity was lovely. The owner was extremely helpful and prompt in his replies to me prior to our stay. Highly recommended and we would definitely stay again. Thank you.
