Amazing views but couldn’t sleep because of the noise

The sea view is amazing - our room was really big with a private terrace and hammock

The noise is ridiculously high and it won’t stop until 7 am, we previously read it was noisy but never imagined this, specially our room was beside the goat beach club were they had this beach parties

Comfortable accommodation in the centre of town

The location of Casa Love is excellent with shops and restaurants literally on the doorstep.

Given the location is above the centre of town, you can hear the music from town during the night.

Was OK.

Friendly receptionist. good location near the beach. Enjoyed the hammocks.

Pricey for a simple place. Poor internet. No hot water the first day???. Confusing finding the place and how to enter. community kitchen and fridge not very clean.

Very accommodating & friendly. Our stay was beautiful & we are planning to return! perfect location & Reina Room was breathtaking, worth it.

I wish there was more lighting in the room at nighttime. but lots of natural light during the day!

Wouldn't book again.

Great location, cute hotel, nice that it's right by the beach and they have surfboards you can rent.

There was a fight that broke out late at night and my friend and I were woken up by it - someone thought it was us (because we're American and the fight was with Americans), the staff sent us a rude message claiming we had to pay for other tenants stay otherwise they would kick us out, all without even asking us if we were part of this fight (we were not). Eventually it was figured out and the right culprits were found. But then, as we were checking out the staff wanted to charge us $20 USD for a washcloth that had makeup on it.

Exceptional

Loved the decor and the location. It was a wonderful stay. We knew it would be loud with street noise at night so brought ear plugs but the sound of the ocean was great white noise.

Hot water didn’t work in our room but we just showered in the middle of the day.

Casa Love is situated in a perfect and convenient location. We really enjoyed our stay at Casa Love

Casa Love is in a prime location. The amenities are great, very clean and tidy. The hammocks in the common area were delightful as we spent the hottest part of the day just resting and relaxing. The staff at Casa Love are so nice and friendly, very attentive to the needs of the guests. The upper deck is a wonderful spot to spend time enjoying the beautiful views.

It is a little tricky to find Casa Love as it is up above the street. Just have to look for the big Heart on the door.

Poor communication. Couldn’t get work done, host never left WiFi after repeatedly asking. If you are here for one night

it was very close to the beach.

Not easy to find. Cab dropped us off and there was no sign stating hotels name. It’s basically a little wooden door with a heart on it. Door was locked. Just overall poor communication.

fantastic ocean front stay at an affordable price. highly recommend

property had lots of beautiful spots to enjoy the full ocean view with no obstructions. the common areas are large for lots to enjoy without being on top of one another.

The high above views of the beach activity, so close, was really nice, from our room (Mar), as well as the common roof-top areas. The cleaning staff, 2 lovely women, did an amazing job in the common areas (we didn’t need housekeeping in our room) and were sweet, as was the house manager. If you’re looking for quiet, though, town activity and music can be pretty loud, but that’s not the problem of the hotel. Beach towels are provided, so no need to schlep your own. I do want to say that it was frustrating that we got no response to our several advance attempts to slightly change our reservation to 6 nights instead of 7, and then when we got there and decided to upgrade (a great decision for how long we were staying), we did not get credit for the extra day we’d already paid for for the original room, amounting to about $65. Also, the listing states Casa Love is a “non-smoking property,” yet some guests persistently smoked in outdoor common areas, where smoke drifted into our open-air room; evidently they were told to be mindful but not stop altogether, which was frustrating. Also odd was that we were told we could not use the surfboards on site, yet other guests were allowed. Overall, though, if we go back to Sayulita we’d definitely consider staying here. Oh, and for town, very few places take credit cards, so be prepared with pesos or expect to visit the ATMs often.
