The apartment is very clean, well equipped and the Landlords are very nice and helpful people. I gladly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a good apartment in the Nin/Zadar area. We spent a week there with our 3 kids and did not miss anything. The seashore is about 15 minutes drive and there are several stores and shops around.

A microwave would be helpful, but we managed quite well without it.

Katarina with her husband are very pleasant young people. She asked us everyday if all in the apartment works fine and gave us tips for beaches to see. They gifted us by water melons and yellow melon during our stay. We were staying with 2 small daughters so it was convenient for us the apartment is located on ground floor and that the surrounding is safe for children. The terrace with garden swing and a large table with plenty of chairs is covered by a big shading umbrella. The house is located at sparsely populated area so it is very intimate and quiet. For those who do not insist to live at seaside and use the car daily like us to see various surrounding areas is the location very convenient. You can free park near apartment entry or better in a tree shaded area by access road. We felt very good here and can recommend.

Sometimes we missed the outside rubbish bin that was probably caused by necessity to set it to the main road for periodic dump
