Apartments Sunset No 3 is 1 of 4 Beautiful, luxurious, spacious, self contained, upmarket, modern apartments. Set over 2 floors they each have an open plan living, dining, kitchen area, downstairs toilet washbasin with 3 double all ensuite bedrooms. The large dining terraces have built in BBQs and all apartments have amazing 180 degree views of the sea and mountains. They have been luxuriously appointed with contemporary bathrooms, fully equipped kitchens and all mod cons. Each apartment is ideal for a family or group of friends with the 3 all ensuite bedrooms providing full privacy. For even larger groups of more than 6 why not take more apartments. The pool and terrace area are truly stunning, with plenty of space as there are only our 4 apartments sharing the whole building and gardens. The pool stretches out surrounded by the generous sunbathing terrace with comfortable cushioned sunbeds and umbrellas making it a wonderful place to relax with so much space for everyone . The fully stocked flowerbeds in the garden give beautiful colour to complement the blue sea and sky.

The apartment was fabulous, very well furnished and comfortable, with a well equipped and beautiful kitchen, the views from the balconies over kalamar bay were stunning, the pool was crystal clear with plenty of comfortable sunbeds and umbrellas, the only downside for us was the steep incline up to the property but that wouldn't put us off staying here again, we've had a lovely holiday

Wonderful property and stay. Beautiful pool but the view for us was breathtaking. Could not have asked for more. Loved the water filter in the apartment. It was beautifully clean and bright. Loved the local tortoise. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Paula, Metin and Tezin were all very helpful. Thank you for having us. (The property is up a steep access but this we knew before we arrived).

This is a nice, clean 3 bedroom, 3.5 bath apartment with spectacular views out to the islands. More than 4 adults and maybe a couple of young children would get cramped. The Carrefour market just below the property is awesome; we used it at least twice per day!
We love to walk. That said, less physically fit people or those with mobility issues will have a challenge with the steep driveway and stairs going up to the apartment and a walk into town. Taxis are plentiful and inexpensive but can be unreliable (we were 15 minutes late for a dinner reservation due to a no-show driver). While not a knock on the apartment, these are things to be considered. The pool and pool deck are lovely; sun lounges are numerous. Note also that none of the sliding screens had handles on them when we were there.
The owners were highly responsive and helpful with any questions we had.

Excellent communications with the owners - we had a top floor appartment which was spacious, well appointed and had stunning views on every floor. Everything we needed was available. Lovely bars restaurants and even a Carrefour are all on hand. It’s about a 15 minute stroll into town and all the delights to be had there, and a £3 taxi ride back which was good fun. Even being dropped off at the door, there is a steep ramp to the appartment - so be prepared. Overall great.

We stayed here for 2 weeks in August and I have to say the apartment was just perfect for me my wife and 2 boys 16 and 12.. so much space and just a relaxing apartment especially when you come in after a hot day… the air con was amazing ..We were very lucky to meet Metin and my wife spoke to Paula who were charming and so helpful ! We felt very spoilt and the apartment being in Kalamar was so well positioned.. 10 minute walk to Kalamar Beach Club … restaurants near by .. cafe Vita and Elixir… and a 15 walk to the old town .. This is our second visit to Kalkan and we will definitely visit again .. thank you Paula and Metin for letting us rent your apartment for the two weeks !! Forgot … the pool was perfect with the most stunning views of Kalamar !!

Fantastic place in Kalkan!
This was a great place! The views were unbelievable and the place was sparkling clean! Paula and Metin were welcoming and readily available. Their hospitality is very much appreciated! The pool was a great size, and we often had it to ourselves. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Fantastic Apartment
This is a cracking apartment with fantastic views over Kalamar bay looking out to mouse & snake Island, the apartment is absolutely spotless with all the essentials needed for cooking in if you wanted to. The pool is massive and we had it to ourselves during our stay, we loved the place from the moment we arrived and were genuinely sorry we had to leave, Paula's husband Metin is a lovely guy who popped over to ensure everything was ok which it was, when we return to Kalkan we would return here in a heartbeat, there is excellent Wi-Fi which was great for watching YouTube music videos etc. at night sitting outside with a few drinks, magic, Café Vita & Aqua Café are only a short walk up the road, there is Yelken café right in front of the apartment but it wasn't opened when we were there, the local shop Can Can (Jam Jam) has a much wider choice than the shop next to Café Vita,.
