Located in Alvor, this charming condo for $182 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. A modern (2009) and very spacious 2-bed apartment located right at the bustling village heart of the magnificent tourist resort of Alvor. Only a 2-minute walk from the top of the main strip with its ever-popular bars and restaurants, only a 5-minute walk from the harbour and the boardwalk, and only a 10-minute walk from the beautiful and highly rated beaches. If you're looking for a central Alvor village location then Edificio Realvor is perfectly positioned. (Like all central apartments, there will be occasional noise. In Alvor it is virtually impossible to be as central as this apartment is AND have complete peace and quiet) PLEASE NOTE: This apartment can fit a maximum of 4 adults. The 5th bed is a fold-out bed only suitable for a child up to the age of about 12. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms (1 en suite), lounge, kitchen, underground secure garage parking, gated entrance, lift access from the basement to the 1st and 2nd floor, balcony, full air conditioning, and a private rooftop pool.!! (The pool is accessed via 3 short flights of steps from the 2nd floor. 25 steps in total) Tastefully decorated and has 120m2 of floor space. The lounge has free Wi-Fi, English TV (with SKY and BT sports), and a comfy sofa. The kitchen comes complete with a washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, fan oven, micro-wave, 4-ring gas hob, kettle, iron, ironing board, and all plates, bowls, and cutlery. There is a small kitchen table and a dining room table to the side of the lounge. The master bedroom has a king-size double bed (2m x 2m) with an en-suite toilet, bath, shower, bide and sink. The 2nd bedroom has two single beds as well as a third fold-out bed that would suit a younger sibling. There is a family shower room with a toilet and sink. All bedding, towels, and beach towels are included, everything you should need for a relaxing break.

Lovely centrally located apartment in the heart of Alvor. Near to all bars, restaurants and supermarkets. Excellent coffee shop around the corner too. Has everything you need in terms of kitchen equipment, tv and WiFi. Lovely rooftop pool that is rarely busy and perfect too cool down in the hot weather however due to its size it doesn't take too many people/children to crowd it. Our fantastic host Martin and his agent Alice (and Gus) dealt with any issues we had quickly and communicated with us throughout. We would stay again and recommend this accommodation to anyone.

What can I say an absolute wonderful property right in the centre of the town with a gorgeous pool on the roof to cool off in.. sunbeds there so no up at dawn to put a towel down and an added bonus of cupboard essentials like salt sugar etc...if needed. Would not hesitate to book again....

Martin was a great host and he assisted us to get the keys and the apartment without any issues. The apartment is very modern and the pool at the rooftop is also great! 10/10 we would book this apartment again!

Modern spacious apartment with everything you could possibly need when away from home. Location was perfect for restaurants, bars, beach, supermarket, etc without being in the noisy hub. Rooftop pool was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Super great location in old town of Alvor. Less than 5 minutes' walk to fresh market, churrasqueira, cafe's and bars. We like doing some of our own cooking so we needed to check the cupboards and kitchen before shopping including coffee, paper towels and liquid dish soap. We managed to almost run out of TP and were glad to have brought our own bathing supplies and wash cloths. Space is modern and tasteful with a great balcony from living room to kitchen. Master bedroom has a very comfortable large Queen/King bed, but is tight on space. Rooftop pool was super clean and the deck well-maintained. We would be happy to visit again!

Fabulous property in an excellent location. Felt very lucky to have the rooftop pool which was lovely too. The pool was shared with residents of other apartments but it was never busy and we stayed in peak season. Also, each apartment had its own sunbeds so no need to put towels down!

Great 2 weeks in Alvor at this apartment. Nice spacious apartment in a great position for the Alvor main streets. Nice roof top solarium area and pool. Nice to have all the English tv channels for the children, and premier league football. Couldn’t fault the apartment, apart from a slight niggle of the en-suite bathroom light which at times had a life of its own 😎. This in no way spoiIt the great holiday we had. Highly recommended.

We would highly recommend this apartment it is a lovely and beautiful place to stay. Had all the things you needed for a great vacation. Fantastic location, within few mins of the centre of Alvor. The rooftop pool was a nice change from the beach. All being well we will book for next year.

Excellent property close to everything and a short walk to the beautiful beach. We couldn't ask for anything more as far as accommodation goes it had everthing we needed and more. Great location in Alvor village, plenty of space, all facilities you would require - stay in/go out, your choice. Everything in Alvor - food, drink, relaxation, beaches etc minutes away on foot. Very nice, spacious apartment right in the centre of Alvor. Fantastic to have underground parking as you can't park anywhere in Alvor! However, if you can bring a small car as much easier to navigate around the the underground carpark! Apartment was large and comfortable. Good large bed. Full TV package via internet. Everything you need on your doorstep including bars, restaurants & shops. Many thanks to Martin for answering all our questions and making the check in so easy and many thanks to Claire and Gus for looking after us. Little bit of late night noise on the weekend but not enough to put me off rebooking. Some of our friends also in Alvor loved the apartment and will probably be enquiring for next year. Couldn't fault it, great week.

Lovely property to stay in highly recommend it we are a family of four (teens aged 18&19) and it suited us perfectly. Close to all amenities and the management very helpful with any queries we had would also suit younger families as there was high chair etc and lift to the apartment -biggest apartment we stayed in! This little gem in the centre of Alvor has everything to cater for your holiday. Close to all the restaurants and bars and a 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment is clean, well maintained and has the added advantage of full UK TV and Sky channels plus your own private rooftop pool. A big thanks to Claire and Marion who helped to make our stay problem free. Would recommend it to friends.

We spent a fantastic16 nights in this spacious,well equipped first class apartment. The boys were thrilled with the TV which provided a vast array of channels. Thanks to Gus for setting it up for us. The location of the apartment was perfect close to all bars and restaurants and a short distance from the beach. The roof top pool was the icing on the cake with many a relaxing evening spent watching the beautiful sunsets. Martin was great to deal with and all requests were dealt with promptly and efficiently. Thanks to Clare & Co for providing a shopping trolley which made shopping from the supermarkets much easier. We would have no hesitation recommending this great property.

Our family of 4 had such a relaxing two week break; thank you Martin! The facilities in the apartment were brilliant. The apartment is situated fantastically for strolling to the local square with its cafe bars and to the Main Street of restaurants- it’s close to shops and only a short stroll to the beautiful beach! The apartment was lovely and cool for those hot midday hours when the kids needed a break and the air con could be used if needed. Having TV and WiFi was really handy with the kids in tow and meant we all got to relax. The rooftop swimming pool was used everyday by us, it was never busy and we had it to ourselves on multiple occasions. We just loved it and will definitely be booking again!

Fantastic Apartment in the Heart of Town

This modern, well equipped apartment is the ideal base for a relaxing break in Alvor. Local bars and restaurants are a matter of minutes away from the front door yet the and rooftop pool allows you to feel like you have the whole town to yourself. For nights where we didn’t fancy venturing out, the TV system has all UK channels as well as a selection of movies/box sets (proved ideal for the world cup). Both bedrooms are big enough so four adults feel they can sleep comfortably with all of us enjoying a good nights sleep. The welcome was also a really nice touch, fresh bread and milk provided as well as instructions on how to use the underground carpark and all the other features the apartment boasts. In short, I would highly recommend this apartment if you want a relaxing break in Alvor with the luxury of a rooftop pool whilst still being in the centre of the action.

Once again had a brilliant time in Alvor . Claire was waiting when we arrived.The apartment was clean with plenty of clean bath and beach towels and some milk,bread,cheese in the fridge. There's every thing you need in the kitchen for a bit of self catering not that we did much there's loads of good restaurants on your door step The rooftop pool is a added bonus Spent a good few hours up there . We will be back next year . I would definitely recommend martins apartment to friends
