Above all i really enjoyed could have stayed longer if it was not my short visit

Everyone there is so welcoming it makes you feel at home with smiles always there to help Thank you all

More of the toiletries and a much better n bigger tv able to connect with gadgets

it’s a lovely place for a short stay and would recommend it any day

It’s in a safe area. Security is good. It’s clean and has very helpful staff.

The cooker. One has to guess which is the high or low heat setting. It would be helpful if settings were marked off, high, medium and low. And Please give clear instruction on how to use the gas mobile cooker.

Good location. Comfortable stay

Fiona was very accommodating when we extended our stay with one night. Well furnished and has a washing machine too

There was a long term tenant with 4 dogs that barked until very late. Fiona did offer to move us. The bedroom windows didn’t lock at all which made me a bit nervous. It was very difficult to find as Google maps didn’t take us to the right location. No signboards up at all so really difficult to find.

The stay was ok, the flats are lovely they just need to tighten up on maintenance.

It’s located in a very good area.

The flat we lived in needs some maintenance eg door handles and no locks on toilet doors, there is a lot of loose things around which need tightening, there is dump on the walls of the kitchen area; the curtains in the property are too long which is a fall hazard, I tripped on the long curtains.

Florence is the BEST host!! We love her place...quiet part of town, great WIFI, and very nice staff. This is always the place we like to stay in Lusaka

my stay was good. I definitely recommend the place.

it’s clean, however they could clean the pool daily at least to make it a bit more attractive for use.

it’s difficult to find. they should have a sign outside saying Inex heights

Beauty from the UK

The place is very good You cook by your self and enjoy just like at home. No one to worry you And the gym is good everything is good The bed is perfect and bathroom and the kitchen The fridge everything is good. The owner and the workers are very good Thanks Florence I did enjoy my self thanks a lot My daughter. Going back to the UK Maybe after work if things go well for me I will come back to Africa and am coming back to your place again Hopefully if God willing I save money. You are going to see me there

great experience of Lusaka

The apartment was clean and the environment was clean as well. the equipement in the gym was good and accessible whenever i needed it. The manager of the place, Lungu was extremely helpful and hospitable. I will definitely recommend Ibex Heights to other colleagues. If ever i return to Lusaka, i will be staying at Ibex heights.

The first apartment, the one in the corner was a little dark with not too much light getting in, but when they moved me to another one, it was perfect and i was happy

It was my best place I love the place

Everything is good and I did enjoy myself and Florence the owner was so good supportive? Thanks a lot to my daughter Florence and God bless her. And yes I will recommend 👌 More people and I will be back to I bex Apartment Heights, Even the workers are very good And the driver Mr Lungu is very good bless him. He did help me a lot with my shopping and every where I was going. Thanks so much Florence for your kindness and support And for coming to pick me up from the airport, You have a good heart ❤ and God bless you Always 🙏 in jesus name Amen. The place is nice? I did relax is like I was by my house You can stay and enjoy your holiday No one to worry you I m missing the place already Keep it up my daughter you are so different from other people.

Quiet location...great Wifi...wonderful hostess!

We loved our stay at IBEX Heights apartments!! The place is in a very quiet neighborhood on a closed street so there was no evening noise or traffic noise! And with the ride sharing app, ULENDO, we were easily able to get to shopping and great restaurants very easily. The WIFI was absolutely perfect...fast speeds and always up! And best of all, Florence was always attentive to anything we needed and was a great hostess! We will definitely return again!

Great Value for Money

Host was amazing. Back up power was immediately available when electricity went out. Area is super safe and serene. Was provided a panic button. Security guard present at the gate and I think I noted CCTV cameras outside. Wifi worked okay.

There was a missing curtain in one of the rooms but host quicky sorted it out once I raised the issue. Not a lot to dislike about this place.

Exceptional

Very kind owner Florence came with POS and we payed by card. Appartment have kitchen open space, some pots, glasses, plates, cutlery, big fridgen, microwave, toaster and stove, electric. There are 2 bedrooms, we only needed one, the other is locked. Parking place in front of the door. In the bathroom is a douche and a washing machine, very useful for long trip. To start the boiler( for hot water) press the switch on the wall of second exit door!! Air conditioning work very well. The house is in a fancy clean and modern area, with guardian. Good matress Everithing smell good
