The property is very pretty and perfectly located near the beach and Sirolo town. Andrea serves a great breakfast in the beautiful garden in the mornings, and you can then easily access beach/restaurants for the rest of your day. Bonus is a lovely little dog to play with!

The location was amazing and close to everything you need in a vacation. The host was great and very kind! Communication in English was no problem at all, which is rare in Italy. On arrival we got a broad explanation of the region and where to go and where not to go, very helpful! We came with an electric car and just round the corner was a public charger, this was a huge plus for us.

The position is perfect to reach on foot all Sirolo beautiful beaches :-)

Excellent breakfast served in the garden. The location is very close to the city center of Sirolo.

Everything was very clean and the place was perfect to walk to those Monte Conero - paths to different beaches and to walk a 5 minute - to Sirolo center.

The hosts themselves don't speak any word English. Makes the arrival a little more complicated for not-italian-speaking people. Though overall there's not a big problem about it. We felt very welcome 😊
