About this house rental
Stunning and private waterfront property on magical Keuka Lake. This lakeside property gives you plenty of room to stretch out, with a nice lawn, firepit at the beach and a permanent dock to tie your boat up to. For fun, there is a swimming deck. You can enjoy the views of the lake and the bluff from waterside or in the protection of the wrap around deck. Two living areas allow for tv and games and the spacious kitchen will allow you to put together great summer time meals with ease. This open and airy home offers a main floor master suite with a large jacuzzi tub that includes a king size bed and in room television. The lower level has 3 bedrooms, plus an open bunk room ,a large sitting area, 2 full baths and a kitchenette. One room has two single beds, one has a queen bed and one has a king bed. The bunk room has a bunk bed with a queen bottom and a bunk bed with a full size bottom. You can walk out to the lake from this level to easily access the refrigerator for a cold drink or hang out in the spacious family room area. We would like to remind guests to use the lower level to walk out to lake. The house has started renovations and the stairs going out from the upper level will be removed and are currently not safe. The dock is not usable at this time. This will also be removed. The porch, lawn and fire pit are the areas that should be utilized. If there is anything you need at all, please call me .

Right on water with plenty of space to spread out, for activities and communal areas to enjoy being together.

Very pleased with the size and condition of the property. The location was perfect with plenty of room to play on the lawn and the fire pit at the point was a great bonus. The deck from the living room and kitchen looking over the lake made us all spend a lot of time out there enjoying the week together. Mary was fantastic, excellent communication and friendly.

This is a beautiful property, with plenty of seating, inside and out, for a family or friend group. Having the bit of lawn near the lake, the easy lake access, and paddleboat made enjoying the water a treat. The upstairs deck is where we spent most of our time - the weather wasn't great, but sitting outside and enjoying the view was still a delight. And while a few little things might help - cushions for the deck seating would be welcome, as would better lighting in the living room - the house overall had everything we needed to eat, sleep, play games, and thoroughly enjoy our week.

My family and I stayed here for a week. We are a group of 8 people of varied ages and energy levels. The dock was perfect for our pontoon boat and fishing off. We enjoyed having dinners on the deck looking over the water. We were close enough to various parks like Watkins Glen and Women's Rights National Historical Park as well as cute markets to shop. My 10yr old nephew loved the paddle boat and floating dock. Would love to stay there again.

The house itself offered all the amenities a family could ask for. The front deck allowed all 8 of us to gather fir meals & relaxation. At night, the sky was a sight to behold. The beach area was great for the 2 kids and the adults, too!

Very nice house. Very well stocked. Kitchen had all essentials. Negatives..No kayaks or canoes or life jackets for water sports. No ceiling fans on the back deck. No hot tub. Positive outweigh negative. I would stay again.

5 friend couples stayed in this wonderful home. We had plenty of room to gather and to spread out. The campfires were fabulous, the views couldn't be beat. The deck was fabulous for watching the sun rise in the morning, having cocktails in the afternoon, and gathering to chat the entire time. I would highly recommend this to others as long as they don't want to rent it the same weekend that I want to:). My friends told me all weekend long what a great job I did finding the perfect spot for us to stay. Thanks for an unforgettable weekend. ❤️

We spent a long weekend in early September on Keuka Lake at the Lake House. Everyone had a great time! The house was clean and welcoming. We all loved the location and outdoor amenities, especially the deck, fire pit and docks.

House is beautiful, comfortable and clean! Loved all the amenities, especially paddle boat and fire pit. . There are a few property management recommendations we would like to make.
1. Dock needs to be repaired.
2. Landscaping is overgrown and narrowing the steps and path to the yard.
3. Whiskey barrel was broken and a hazard to small children.
4. Holes in pavement and stone steps in backyard creating a walking hazard for all.
5. Gutters need cleaning - weeds growing out of them.
6. Dehumidifier in downstairs does not work.
7. Second propane tank was empty, so we refilled it ourselves.

We had 2 families staying in the house - 9 people total. It was fantastic. The house was very clean and had the basic amenities (yet we did need to get more shampoo and soap for the showers). The location was fabulous. Not only are you right on the water, but Penn Yan was only 15 minutes away. We had planned to go out for dinners, but the view from the deck and the table outside was too good to pass up, so we stayed in. Cooking was a breeze given the fully equipped kitchen. We all agreed - we scored with this house. Thanks, Mary, for the hospitality! We will come again!!

House is very nice inside. outside could use landscaping and mowed deck is in terrible shape one person fell through luckly nobody got hurt parking is terrible only 2 trucks can be parked in it at once no room for the boat trailers we had with us but overall would stay again if it was redone and cleaned up

I’m going to be honest right off the bat,if you have a large party or have visitors ,good luck😩there is no room in the driveway and getting in and out of there was dangerous,the house is nice ,the view is awesome❤️The landscaping around the home hasn’t been touched in quite sometime ,it needs some major attention,the dock is nice but very weathered and my step dad didn’t feel safe walking on one part of it,be careful ,for 700 a night I was disappointed a little bit

Beautiful end of the lake.
Great property for family to converge on a great end of the lake. Lots of space. Great for boating or swimming. Quiet end of the lake. Bring your own flotation devices.

Amazing house and lake access
This house is huge, comfortable and very family friendly. The lakefront has a gorgeous fire pit and a large pier for fishing. The swim platform was a lot of fun. The lake was clean and great for swimming. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful
The house is beautiful and the view and lake access are exactly what you’d want in a lakehouse. There are indoor and outdoor dining tables, the outdoor table is on the back porch overlooking the lake and it’s beautiful. There is plenty of space down by the water to hang around. There was a ton of firewood in the garage when we stayed. Would go back in a heartbeat. There was no shampoo or soap in the shower which was a little odd, and we had to text the owner for the code to the lockbox (she responded immediately), so just be sure to plan around that. Highly recommend!

Beautiful House
This is a beautiful property, definitely a nice getaway for the kids and family.
A few things we'd like to bring to your attention.
The water pressure is EXTREMELY low, even with one person showering at a time, the water would start with some pressure and in 2 minutes would turn to a drip. The jacuzzi tub that was advertised did not work, the faucets spun around (seems like a plumbing issue) and the water did not get warm enough to use/fill.
Be careful jumping off the dock, we did and cut our feet on the sharp rocks.
The home guide in the house lists the check out time as 11, but it is actually at 10.
We loved the fire pit that extended out on the lake(felt like you were sitting in the water) and we loved the paddle boat! We would definitely come back. :)

The house was very clean and had all the amenities needed to make our stay everything we wanted. The outdoor fire pit and beautiful views of the lake are unmatched. The location was perfect and in close proximity to all Keuka Lake has to offer. We would recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway. We couldn’t be happier with our decision. We had a blast this past week at the house. We had every age range from 80 down to 7 years old. All of us had a great vacation. We were pleasantly surprised to see the addition of an extra bedroom with king bed. This was not advertised on VRBO listing. House offers plenty of space and was very clean. Furniture very nice and almost new. Given the price per week for the house, the bathrooms could use some updating and the grounds of the property could be spruced up a bit. I recommend adding an additional bathroom for the lower level rooms. However, none of those items changed our experience. Great time had by our family! You won't be disappointed.

Very clean and Mary was easy to communicate with. Beautiful location but cottage needs some TLC and is way overpriced. An example was a beautiful front porch but the furniture was not what you would expect a 6,500 a week rental to have, plastic Adirondack chairs and a large but broken table. The kitchen needs more basics.
Despite the high cost we did enjoy ourselves. The beach access is perfect for children. The lake is wonderful.

We just finished 10 days at this amazing lakefront home and had a fantastic time. The house is extremely large and lovely with plenty of room to spread out and beds for everyone. We have a family of 9 and could have easily slept more. The kitchen is well laid out and having a second kitchenette on the lower level with a second fridge was great. We spent most of our days either on the massive deck with table for 12 and rocking chairs or waterside on the large dock with a walk-in beach. Evenings were spent at the incredible fire pit which perched out into the water with views of the whole lake. The agent Mary was very helpful and accommodating and stopped by one day to make sure we were all set.
If I had to come up with a negative the grill was a bit of a mess and we ran out of propane in 2 days with no full backup and the outside could use some TLC. Overall I would highly recommend this beautiful home. We will be back for sure.

Great house!
This was a great house. The porch was great for those that didn’t want to go down to the water, but could watch the action. There was plenty of room for everyone and could spread out if we wanted to.

End of Summer Weekend
We rented this property for the 2nd year in a row and again loved it. Mary was very good and easy to work with and always answered my questions fast. We are looking forward to it again for next year hopefully.

Beautiful home on the lake
This is a spectacular property with plenty of space, light, and amenities. I wish we’d known that the bunk bed room is not fully enclosed and that you need to walk through it to get to another bedroom. This had us switching who goes where; fortunately one of our group had to cancel at the last minute or I’m not sure what we’d have done. But this house is gorgeous and the lakefront is everything you could ask for. We had a wonderful time!
