We had a great time here! 8 people total and the house felt very spacious. Love all the backyard area and easy walk to town. Would definitely stay again.

Eight of us stayed in this spacious property and all had a wonderful week. The house is in a great location on a quiet street just a short walk to Commercial. Teresa is a great host and was always prompt to respond to any questions we had for her.

I took my parents and adult children for a lovely weekend in Ptown and could not have been happier with this property. The privacy in the backyard was amazing and just a short walk into town. Will definitely stay again next year.

The house was very clean and tidy. The back yard is great for hanging out. Teresa responded quickly to any questions. The location is great. It’s an easy 10-15 minute walk to Commercial Street. A neighbor oversees the property and is very nice, but that was not clear prior to the trip. It did not bother us, but some renters may want more privacy.

Great house, slight mix up with cleaners but place was still tidy. Theresa was wonderful a s easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay again.

This is a great property, plenty of space both inside and outside. We loved the outside space for games, relaxing. Quick walk to downtown and beaches. So many amenities provided, towels, beach towels, beach chairs, paper products. Check was so easy, and communication with host was answered quickly. Really a great place to enjoy being with family and friends in Provincetown!

The only draw back was it didn't have air conditioning, but it does state that in the description and there were fans in every room. The house even has amble parking for four full sized cars.

Such a nice and well maintained property that’s in short walking distance of Commercial Street and so close to beach. We had a lovely weekend!

Overall my group of 8 had a great stay! The house was spacious and clean. Location was great, 15-20 min walk to everywhere we needed to go. Loved the back yard and outdoor space. There is no central air conditioning but every room has a fan. Teresa was very quick to respond to any questions I had and check in was easy. My only criticism would be that the check out process is a bit lengthy as you have to to a pretty full clean of the home which wasn’t mentioned until we checked in - might be helpful to push the check out time a little bit later later to provide guests with enough time to get that done in the morning.

The house was lovely with a great backyard and just a short walk from Commercial Street. Teresa was communicative and easy to work with, especially with COVID concerns and travel restrictions, and we’re so glad we were still able to go on this trip.

We stayed here for two days in the off season and it was lovely. Clean, good kitchen, and the hot tub was a bonus!

The patio/backyard is incredible. The view is spectacular. It's located just up from the town center. There's a hot tub. I mean, the list can go on and on. The only caveat I might mention is that there is no air conditioning. Outside of that though, the place is wonderful and Teresa was great! Thanks for another great ptown trip!

Great place! Perfect location, close to downtown and beach. Walk to bars, restaurants, coffee. Please was exactly as listing says. Teresa is a great communicator, which was helpful with my many question.

Overall, the eight of us had a great stay at #5 Old Colony. Inside furnishings were nice with TVs, cable and WiFi. We cooked a good bit - the kitchen was well equipt and the dishwasher worked well. We liked the large dining table with 8 seats. Beds and bedrooms were in good shape with nice furniture and fans. The washer and dryer were key. The two bathrooms worked for us and I loved the outdoor shower. We enjoyed the hot tub outside as well. We also had 8 outside chairs with umbrellas - cushions would have been nice. The wooden built-in benches could have used some cushions or something to lie on and a couple of chaise lounges would have been a nice touch, but this is a very nice property and we had a great stay. I was unable to contact Perry's Property Management nor did they contact me when I called them, left messages. I had to call owner Teresa in Ohio for the key box code to get into the house. A little more communication would have been great. A $750 deposit was required, which I understand - I expect to get it all back... If I don't I will re-write this review. We paid a $ premium for Carnival Week, which, again, I understand but thought that that addition could have provided an extra perk or more.

We took a bachelorette party there. House was great, enough space for 7 girls the first weekend in May. Also fully stocked, just missed using the hot tub. Walked everywhere

We love Provincetown and this place puts you in the heart of it. We did have some issues with the cleanliness and cleaning fee. There is a cleaning fee, but upon arrival you find-out that in order to get your security deposit returned you you must clean all surfaces and floors. We left it cleaner that we found it. Our entire security deposit was returned two weeks after their deadline once I contacted the owner.

Absolutely loved this place! 8 of us stayed here for my boyfriend's birthday and had a great time. It was the perfect size house for this number of people, comfortable beds, plenty of space for sitting and eating together both inside and outside, kitchen is fully equipped, and the hot tub was amazing. Very close to lots of bars and restaurants, about a 5-10 minute walk to Commercial Street. Teresa was very responsive when getting ready for our stay. This house definitely exceeded our expectations, thanks for sharing it with us, Teresa!

Stayed here during Carnival week with some friends (3 couples + 2 singles). The layout and size of the house was perfect for our group. The kitchen amenities were sufficient for our needs, and having an onsite washer/dryer was useful given the length of our stay. I believe the hot tub was used almost daily, and the back outdoor space was great for unwinding and relaxing. The location of this property is just a short walk (7 minutes) to Commercial Street. Close enough to walk downtown, but far enough to escape. A couple items to note: 1. I don't recall seeing anything mentioned about AC in the property profile. The house seems to only be cooled by ceiling and box fans. This was more than sufficient for us given the temperature remained in the 70's / low 80's all week, but could be problematic in more humid or warmer weather. 2. The profile says that there is parking for four vehicles. We had three SUV's and a sedan. Seemed like you could most likely fit a fifth vehicle if needed. Overall I'd rent this property again.

The property was perfect for our needs - a quick weekend getaway in P-town. The house is in a quiet location but is walking distance to everything to see and do on Commercial Street. My only complaint was the cleanliness of the property. I understand that there isn't a ton of time for cleaners to get in before rentals flip over to new renters, but there was still some trash left in the house from the previous renters that wasn't caught by the cleaning staff, and we arrived to wet towels sitting in the washer that we rewashed not knowing how long they sat wet, and trash and recycling piled outside. None of these were deal breakers, we would absolutely stay again.

We had 8 girls down for a girls weekend in early June and it couldn't have gone any better. The house was in a picture perfect location to downtown (5 minutes or so). It was so easy to walk down and grab one drink if you wanted to. One evening we did Uber down to dinner as we were all dressed up which cost us about $7. The beaches were only about a 2-mile run which I enjoyed one morning. We made several meals at the house and had everything we needed. When we arrived the house it was very clean and orderly. The house was a lot more spacious that I had expected and didn't feel cramped with 8 people. Teresa was very easy to work with and was very prompt at returning my emails when I had questions during the planning process. Thank you for an amazing weekend we hope to be back soon.

This home was great with 4 spacious bedrooms and plenty of room in the living/dining area that 8 people do not feel crowded at all. The kitchen was pretty well stocked, the grill worked well for cooking out. The deck space is great though we didn't use it much b/c it was cold and rainy. However, the hot-tub is in an enclosed gazebo which was wonderful despite it being a cool, rainy night. Though not right in town, it was certainly walkable with the stroller for the kids to get to any restaurants and shops in about 10-15 minutes. If we're back in P-town, we would definitely rent this home again!
