We are all older adults, family members and spouses. Comfortable house. Long walks on the beach that is right out the back door. Chairs around the fire pit. Spectacular view all day, but especially so at sunset. Some fun restaurants close by. Toured and ATE at the Tillamook factory. Drove up to Astoria. Just a very nice vacation rental.

Best part was the ocean view from master br. Spacious with room for everyone to have a spot to get away. Nice location with much to do north or south 30min each way. Thanks for a great stay.

We had an amazing stay in Rockaway. We’ve loved this beach for decades, but really found the perfect spot with this house. It was very comfortable for our multi-generational group of 6 adults and 1 little girl. The house is perfectly stocked with all your basic essentials. There’s toys, puzzles, sand gear, fishing gear, etc providing entertainment for all ages. House is conveniently located close to so many activities. Our host was incredible, quick with responses, and thankfully flexible when we flubbed up our original reservation. We will definitely be back, hoping to make it an annual escape!

This house was perfect for our stay! Very clean and organized. Plenty of sleeping space and my teens liked the upstairs tv room. Views were amazing and easy beach access. We also enjoyed the outdoor fire pit! We will be back!

This was a great house with amazing views right on the water. We came with my parents kids ranging from 11 to 28. The great room had seating for everyone for great times together and room to spread out. Climbing over the rocks was tricky at fist but we got use to it. Stairs down were about a block away for easier access. We knew this would probably be my parents last trip to the ocean, little did we know, my dad would pass of cancer 6 short weeks later. So this house will always be cherished with special memories.

The property worked out great for 3 couples and a 2 yr old. We liked having a big living room to accommodate our gathering and yet have a place for the 2yr old to spread out her toys. Quiet neighborhood was especially nice. We enjoyed the fire pit and hanging out looking up at the stars, meteorites, and the satellites going overhead.

This home was AMAZING! Rockaway Beach is so centrally located and it was an easy drive to nearby places of interest. There is no beating being right on the beach with wonderful views and spectacular sunsets! Definitely a 5 star location!!

This was a wonderful experience for our family. The home is well maintained and clean. The host is amazing and very responsive to questions. We would highly recommend this house and host.

We stayed here for five nights with our daughter, son in law and two young grandsons There was plenty of room and we spent many hours relaxing and playing on the beach,which has very easy access. If you are considering staying here, consider no more, book it now, you won't be disappointed! Owner is very responsive also!

This place is right on Rockaway Beach and you can access the beach by walking down the rocks. The house was great, perfect size, we had 2 families one with smaller children and the space of the home and kitchen was perfect, plus the kids (and adults) loved the Wii and playroom upstairs! It was well stocked (except any oils to cook with). The biggest issue was that the dishwasher didn't seem to fully work as I had to run it a couple times once for it to fully go through a cycle and the back wheel is gone so it's difficult to pull the bottom rack in and out. My husband also said that the coffee maker was only okay. Other than that, the fridge, and stove were perfect with lots of pots and pans, plates, utensils and cups, including kids plates. We had a great time! Also - they had great chairs and kids toys in the garage too!

The house reflects the pictures and detail perfectly. We were really looking forward to this getaway with friends who flew in from out of state and it did not disappoint. What a breathtaking view!! It had everything we needed and it was clean when we arrived. We hope to stay again soon.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Plenty of room, good showers, and the amazing view! The only issue I experienced during my stay was the lumpy beds.

The house was perfect for our beach vacation. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. We also loved having plenty of space inside during those rainy days (and my son loved the gaming station). We enjoyed staying right on the beach. My only small issue is the blinds don't fully block out light, which made it tough to sleep in the mornings...especially since we were coming from EST time zone and had a young child with us. Would definitely book this spot again.

My family of 6 adults and a baby stayed here over MDW. We had an excellent time despite the bad weather. It sits right off the beach so you have a lovely ocean view from the back porch or inside the living area or master bedroom. You can access the beach by scrambling down some rocks or via stairs about 100yds away. Rockaway Beach is quite wide and gently sloping so the waves seem great for wading. There’s also plenty to do and see in town and in neighboring towns. The kitchen was stocked with everything we need and was very clean. We didn’t get to use the kayaks on the lake but it looked fun. Communication with Lisa was friendly and easy. The only negative was the window shades are very thin. It gets quite bright early.

We loved this house! Our stay was 6 nights and 7 days; we went with my daughter, son in law and 2 grandchildren (age 4 & 6 months). Open concept with living room/kitchen/dining was a huge bonus - views from all sides of the home including from the upstairs rooms. Game room was nice as it was set up for wii game, watching videos, putting together jigsaws. The beds were fabulous and so comfortable! I can't say enough about the extra ammenities - we used the kayaks (used at Lake Lytle), bikes, beach chairs, pack & play (for 6 month old), kite, beach toys, toddler chair, puzzles. Being that we drove over from Eastern Washington, it made it extra nice as we didn't have to bring over all those things. The list of things to do in the area (provided by the landlord) was excellent. We did spend one day driving up to Seaside and Cannon Beach and hands down, the beach at this vacation home was better than anything we saw at Seaside/Cannon Beach. Was so nice to walk down to the beach anytime we wanted (which we did several times a day) - either for long walks or playing in the sand; even did a beach fire one evening and roasted hot dogs and smores. Owner (Lisa) responded right away when I had a question about beach fires (whether banned or not). Highly recommend this home; was very clean and far exceeded what we expected. We will definitely consider coming back to this home. Owners were great to work with!

Overall a wonderful stay! House has everything! So wonderful being able to watch the kids on the beach from the living room. So many reviews said the house was very clean…it is unless you look too close. It could just use an occasional deep cleaning. They warned us about the Ants but they were a big problem for us:( Still an amazing stay!

The house was very large. We stayed with my daughter, son in law and our two young grandsons, everyone had plenty of space to do their own thing.The view was amazing and the beach was very easy to get to, you could either crawl over the rocks in front, or use some nice stairs at the neighbouring hotel just a few steps away. We would definitely stay here again!
