Located in San Mateo, this attractive house for $394 per night is a great choice for your next vacation. This 3 bedrooms and 1 bedroom cozy home is kids friendly, good for a family vacation. It is also suitable for business trip with high speed WIFI. It is well equipped with all the amenities you need to enjoy your stay! Master bedroom has a king size bed that sleeps two. The other two bedrooms have one queen bed and two double beds. The sofa in the living room can also be converted to a bed if needed. The house has a keyless entry. This ensures your safety and maximizes your convenience so you never have to worry about losing or forgetting your keys. All towels, bed linens and duvet covers are washed after each guest's stay. They are all 100% cotton and suitable for people with allergy. You can easily take a Uber from the SF International airport to our home ( 9 min away). You can get around by Uber ( a lot of uber drivers all the time ), rental car ( 5 min ) and Caltrain ( 4 min ). 15 minutes walk to San Mateo Downtown. 11 minutes walk to Cal Train Station, which takes you to San Francisco in 30 min( directly to AT&T ballpark to watch the SF Giants ), and San Jose 45 min. If you have a car, you can reach those popular destinations easily: Hwy 101: 3 min San Francisco Airport: 9 min Apple Palo Alto: 12 miles Stanford: 17 miles Google headquarter: 18 miles LinkedIn headquarter: 20 miles Amazon Lab126: 21 miles Grocery stores; Safeway @ N Delaware st Trader Joe's @ S Grant st Dean's Produce @ 4th Ave Whole Foods Market @ Park Pl Costco @ Metro Center Blvd Chinese grocery store- Marina Food @ S Norfolk st Japanese grocery store- Suruki Market @ 4th Ave Cafe& Eatery Our home is walking distance to San Mateo downtown. The house was okay, good location. House had some damages in the inside. Front door didn’t seem secure since the frame was broken and I have kids. A lot of windows without curtains no privacy. This place has a lot of potential, just needs work. landlord was great, good communication.

San Mateo was the perfect location, close to everything! The property manager was easy to reach and took care of the tv cable issue from a squirrel 🐿 mishap immediately! We were impressed with the service.

My wife, 2.5 year old son and I stayed at Sharon's place while visiting the bay area for a few days. Sharon was incredibly friendly and responsive at all hours and also accommodated an early check-in which was a big help with a toddler. COVID protocol was excellent. The place is clean and well stocked, especially for families traveling with kids. The house is walking distance to downtown San Mateo and is in a diverse neighborhood with easy access to a range of restaurants and food -- I would walk with my son to pick up dinner or breakfast downtown (we did everything from Philz coffee to Taiwanese breakfast to Salvadorian papusas). We used Sharon's place as a convenient home base for going hiking on the coast and visiting (outdoors) with friends/family in the South Bay and SF.

We were traveling for a week in various hotels and then arrived here for another leg of our vacation. It was comfortable and had all of the things a family of five adults needed to rest and enjoy ourselves. Owner was great to work with. Would highly recommend staying here!!
