Fantastic villa with a large deep pool. Modern with homely feel. 5 mins via car from supermarkets including Aldi . Pretty good location and easy to drive to many local towns and beaches .

Family of 4 (2a + 2c), 2 weeks at Casa Adriana. We've had an amazing stay. The house is spacious and well-equipped, with plenty of space for everyone. Both bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. Lovely living and dining area and a spacious kitchen. Garden, a large pool and a BBQ area (although we did not use it). There is a train line nearby but the trains are infrequent and didn't bother us at all. Easy access to the motorway as well as into town. Definitely need a car to get around and sightsee, there is so much to see. Within 5 minutes drive there are several restaurants and cafes. The beach (Falesia) is max 10 minutes drive away and several more beaches are within 20 minutes. The house was very clean, and towels were plentiful. Communication with Kerstin was perfect, very quick to reply, and very easy to talk to. Check-in via lockbox is also very easy and efficient. We're already looking at coming back again, after 13 years of coming to the Algarve, this house felt like a home from home.

wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen Das Haus ist super ausgestattet,der Pool fantastisch.Im Haus gibt es einfach Alles , Orangen im Garten und und und Ein Auto ist empfehlenswert,um die Umgebung zu erkunden wir waren 2 Erwachsene mit 2 Söhnen 13 und 17 Jahre alt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen

Gepflegtes Haus und ein ebensolcher Garten/Pool. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen vom Gärtner gereinigt! Schöne Location für erhohlsame Ferien, abseids vom Rummel, obwohl der in wenigen Minuten erreichbar ist, wenn man ihn denn will. Wir überlegen uns, in Zukunft wieder Ferien hier zu verbringen.

Wat hebben we een geweldige week gehad in huize Adriana. Alles tiptop in orde. Aan handdoeken geen gebrek, een zwembad waar iedereen jaloers op zal zijn. 2,5m diep dus we konden gewoon duiken. De kinderen (9 en 11 jaar ) vonden het fantastisch. De keuken was voorzien van alle gemakken. Sinaasappelpers, oven, magnetron etc. Daarnaast was de WiFi dik in orde. We hebben vaker een huis gehuurd maar nog nooit zo fraai en goed uitgerust met spullen. Ook de bedden waren prima. De trein die vaak langskomt hoor je wel, maar is niet storend. De omgeving was ook mooi. We hadden geluk met het weer dus meerdere strandbezoekjes gedaan. Praia da Rocha was geweldig. Wat ons betreft voor herhaling vatbaar!!

Wir hatten einen super schönen Urlaub. Das Haus inkl. dem großen Pool und Garten waren sehr sauber und schön. In dem Haus gab es genügend Handtücher. In der Küche gibt es eine Kaffeemaschine, Toaster, Wasserkocher, Mikrowelle und sogar eine elektrische Orangenpresse. Geschirr und Besteck ebenfalls ausreichend vorhanden. Die Waschmaschine kann beruhigt genutzt werden, sie ist ebenfalls sehr sauber und riecht auch nicht unangenehm. Taps sowohl für Waschmaschine und Spülmaschine ebenfalls vorhanden . Die Klimaanlagen in den Schlafzimmern und Wohnzimmer funktionieren gut, das einzige was wir dort bemängeln müssen ist, dass die Batterien von den Fernbedienungen, bis auf eine, leider leer waren. Aber dafür gibt es ja Lösungen. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Haus Urlaub machen und können es definitiv weiterempfehlen. Frau und Herr Gauer, waren immer freundlich und gut erreichbar, waren sehr hilfsbereit und haben schnell geantwortet.

Nous choisissons les maisons sur les commentaires des vacanciers et cette fois ci malheureusement, grande déception, notamment sur le calme, en effet la maison est en bordure de route, une voie de chemin de fer se trouve en contrebas et les chiens des voisins qui aboient... Pour la grasse matinée impossible car il n'y as pas de rideaux occultants aux fenêtres des chambres. En ce qui concerne les équipements il faudrait un plus grand four même une pizza ne rentre pas !,et aucun plat pour celui-ci.

The accommodation is fully equipped, you will not be short of anything. It is also well maintained and very clean. Because of the corona, the house was cleaned during our absence and for us that was well organized. The beautiful large swimming pool was a pleasant cooling. And the black cat was a fine company during our stay! It is located in a quiet and beautiful area. Department store, bakery, beautiful beaches and tasty restaurants are in the vicinity, you can reach them on foot, but for us it was a bit too far. Bodo and Kerstin always responded quickly and appropriately to our emails, thanks for that. We had a wonderful time in the Algarve, well worth it, highly recommended!

Uma boa experiência para qualquer momento, mais ainda em tempos de pandemia. 5 estrelas nos principais itens da avaliação: limpeza, segurança, comodidade, utensílios domésticos, acessibilidade, atenção e amabilidade de gestor e colaboradores... (Só uma aclaração: a propriedade é exatamente em Patã de Baixo)! In general, it exceeded expectations! A good experience for any moment, even more in times of pandemic. 5 stars in the main evaluation items: cleanliness, security, comfort, household utensils, accessibility, attention and kindness of manager and employees... Ein wunderschönes, gepflegtes und sehr sauberes Anwesen. Das Haus ist perfekt eingerichtet und für 4 Personen mehr als ausreichend. Die Hausverwalterin, die 3 mal wöchentlich reinigt, Handtücher und Bettwäsche wechselt, ist die gute Seele des Hauses. Danke María!!! Von den uns empfohlenen Restaurants haben wir das Tavertino zu unserem Lieblingsrestaurant auserkoren. Das einzige was uns etwas störte, aber was dem alles in allem super schönen und erholsamen Urlaub aber keinen Abbruch tat, war die in der Nähe liegende Bahntrasse. Wir haben den im Casa Adriana verbrachten Urlaub in vollen Zügen genossen und werden sehr gerne wieder dorthin zurückkehren.

La villa était bien disposée. Les installations efficaces. La piscine formidable. En fait c'était un séjour de rêve. Le seul problème que nous avons eu c'était de trouver la Casa Adriana car la Rua de la Praia ne figure pas sur les cartes GPS. Ayant une voiture de location, nous ne savions pas comment enregistrer les coordonnées. Bonne journée !

Das Haus ist in einem excellenten Zustand, die Ausstattung sehr umfangreich. Ausserdem war alles sehr sauber, da Maria alle 2 Tage nach dem rechten sieht. Zum Strand braucht man zwar ca. 10min, dafür hat man aber auch seine Ruhe.

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans cette villa où tout est mis en place ( femme de ménage, pisciniste, jardinier) pour vraiment être en vacances. Le personnel est très discret, et Maria très accueillante et très gentille. La maison est d’une propreté irréprochable. Située au calme et proche des plages (accessible en voiture). Je recommande cette location sans problème, et nous y retournerons probablement.😀

Nous avons passés un excellent séjour dans cette villa. L'employé Maria est une femme vraiment exceptionnelle par son accueil et de sa gentillesse et aussi de la tenue de cette maison qui est irréprochable.Nous avions la climatisation, la wifi qui est très important au Portugal. L'électroménager était fonctionnel, nous n'avons manqué de rien. Nous conseillons vivement cette villa pour le calme, la détente et idéalement située pour découvrir les villes aux alentours comme Albufeira, Quarteira, Armaçao de Péra et bien d'autres qui ne sont qu'à quelques kilomètres de la maison.Une villa à recommander sans hésitation et nous y reviendrons de tout coeur.

Un très bel endroit pour un séjour en famille

Très belle villa et bien équipée, la vaisselle y est un suffisances et ustensiles nombreux. Le jardin est magnifique et très bien entretenu. La maison est propre et bien située et le suivi et le nettoyage fait par Maria et très précieux (changement du linge de maison). Les propriétaires, même si absents sont toujours très réactifs par e-mail et très cordiaux ce qui rassure car à l'arrivée personne n'est sur place et la clé est mise dans un coffre avec un code ce qui était nouveau pour moi. Quelques objets sont laissés par les voyageurs précédants (parasol et autres jeux pour la plage ou la piscine) sont utiles et appréciés. Le seul petit point qui pourrait être amélioré la cheminée pour le barbecue (là aussi très propre) est un peu ancienne et le bac à cendre est tout rouillé et tombe régulièrement. Mais ce n'est qu'un détail puisque la cheminée fonctionne. Bref un endroit à recommander sans restriction pour un séjour en famille.
