Passable

There are little frog jumping around the bathroom. Also, I was asking for a kettle and a tea cup, and they told me the restaurant is closed so they cannot get it for me. But even after when it was open, they seems like not care at all. The food is mediocre the most. And street cats are everywhere, I understand some people think it's cute, but not when they constantly want to jump on the table and touch your food, I felt scared and disturbing when I'm eating alone. And the property didn't do anything about it.

It was okay, I wouldn’t stay there again.

The bungalow size was a large enough room for a family

The pool was dirty, the restaurants are closed most of the time, no room service unless it’s very short small specific hours, the receptionist is not very friendly or helpful and they could use more staff.

Good

The room was nice, comfortable beds. Excellent huge breakfast.

It was a bit far from Chefchauen, we were the only guests were there which is a pity because the resort has a lot of potential. The staff was reduced to a minimum and the pool facilities were not really taken care of

Terrible, horrible and misleading

I liked the receptionist Mariyam but nothing else in the facility could not be disliked. The breakfast in Ramadan is futoor all over Morocco and given at the end of the fasting in the evening and the facility does not have a kitchen open for fresh breakfast in the mornings as early as 4am when people wake up to eat. Instead, this facility didn't provide breakfast in the morning and charged 1600 dirhams for the futoor or breakfast which was supposed to be included. The manager who comes in the mornings doesn't really care

Mariyam the receptionist was excellent and compassionate but the manager guy who comes in the morning is horrible. The bathroom stank like a dead animal and stank up the whole room, the hotel is really far from Chef Chouen and booking.com is also at fault for this misrepresentation. Wild cats roamed the floors and wild dogs barked outside ferociously all night long. Its a spooky, scary and unsafe place

Cold welcoming, Not the Moroccans hospitality you used to get in other places, the staff excluding the waiter are not friendly to Moroccans as they're to foreigners.

The staff was very helpfull

The water was not warm in the shower, heating system wasn't worked properly, the bed was uncomfortable, the location about 10-13km from the city center.

Not to repeat - retreat

Bed was comfortable and the food produced by the chef is tasty and plentiful. The location was close enough to Chefchaouene that we could explore the town and then escape for peace and quiet.

Very little effort to inform guests of the dinner situation given there are no alternatives within walking distance. For two nights there was a buffet if you wanted to eat dinner sitting in your coat, the next night was a 5 course new years eve meal that we were not prepared for, particularly at three times the buffet price. Service was sloppy - one day our rooms were not cleaned despite requesting they were ( the showers were badly designed so the bathroom floor needed mopping after each use) and the night of the 5 course meal we were seated away from most other guests who were part of the same group but then had to request each plate was removed after long waits. Outside of meal times it felt inconvenient to ask for drinks etc. despite there being a lovely terrace to sit on. There were some exercise machines in a room in the gardens but the room was damp and the equipment dirty. The minibar in the room is essentially a light. Was there a spa?

Amazingly relaxing and comfortable but ask about facilities before booking

stunning property with welcoming staff and such a calm out of the way beautiful location. Great pool facilities with cabanas to enjoy and relax in. Great breakfast spread!

we choose property based on the fact it had a spa facility and paid much more then other places in town to be told on arrival the spa was not in operation, a little upsetting as whole reason we spent a little more for somewhere with those facilities and no pre warning. Food is a little expensive without the quality in taste to back it up.

Beautiful place, skip the breakfast.

the public areas were beautiful and well maintained, the rooms were clean, the design is nice. the place is accessible and has a nice outdoor area. It is very nice to be outside of the city for a quite pause.

Breakfast was very disappointing, there was not a refill of the food (we arrived at 9 am when the breakfast was until 11), there were flies and bees on the food and when mentioned it to the staff it was dismissed. for future stay I’ll pass the breakfast option.

Worst experience

Not clean at all with multiple insects and the bed sheets were very dirty and the staff weren't responding to our phone calls, the food is overpriced and tastes horrible and the spa was closed

the complex area very quiet and relaxing

I would have to say the evening meals. late arrivals and no care of current travellers with shouting and slamming doors when sleeping. also can hear next door when running the tap as washing there clothes late when they arrived

Great staff, comfortable beds, not worth the cost

peaceful quiet location and nice to have bungalow to ourselves. Garden salads were delicious and beautifully done. friendly staff. comfortable beds.

pool was not clean and hours were not great. washroom toilet always seemed to be leaking. so many cats that were relatively aggressive in the patio section of the restaurant scared my son so that we couldn’t eat outside. prices for food and stay seemed high for what was provided.

Best place we have found in Chefchaouen

Nice quiet location with beautiful views towards Chefchaouen. We stayed at a bungalow and sat outside surrounded by flower scents and a starry sky.

The restaurant is not well ventilated for a hot summer.
