The house was Perfect ! It was Super clean and the space was great ! It also had wonderful WIFi . The owners were terrific . Highly recommended this house and we hope to go back !

This place was really very nice. It is clean, cozy, and the location is unbelievable. I walked on the beach every day. A couple of things made me give it less stars. First, while the hosts were ultimately helpful, it always took them a couple of days to respond. While I understand this is a rental and not a lease, we were staying a month, so it was a bit frustrating to have such a delay whenever we needed something or had a question. We never got a second key, for example, despite asking twice. Second, the shower is literally the size of a phone booth. And the door opens the wrong way so you have to shimmy yourself in-between the shower door and the door to the bathroom. VERY annoying. For larger people, this would NOT worK. It is a perfectly lovely option for a short term stay, but for a month, it was really not ideal. Otherwise, a great option.

The cottage was adorable! It was clean and bright. Kitchen is updated and has a dishwasher and washer and dryer which were awesome. Plenty of room for our family of four and dog. Nice deck with gas grill. Short walk to the beach. Offstreet parking. There were boogie boards for the kids which was great. The owners answered any questions we had very quickly. No complaints at all.

The house was perfect for our family of 5! Cute kitchen and love the deck and grill outside. Super close to the beach and local restaurants! We will definitely be back!!

Charming and welcoming neighborhood. Perfect area for a quiet family vacation. Close to several attractions while located in quiet coastal city. Lovely beach cottage, perfect for a family of 5-6!

We traveled as a family with little ones and the cottage and community were ideal. I cannot say enough about how nice the cottage was as well as the owners and their quick response time to answer any of my questions. The cottage was clean and beautifully decorated and the layout was very convenient. I was pleasantly surprised with how large the space was and all of the amenities. The community itself is very friendly and residents did not hesitate to make us feel very welcomed. The beach is steps away which is very convenient when bringing little ones who need extra snacks or certain toys back in the cottage! We did not have great weather the week we stayed but the location was so perfect we had many indoor activity options a short drive away. Pez Visitor Center, Monster Mini Golf, The Dinosaur Place and Mystic Aquarium were really perfect short day trips. Even on the nice weather days we could go to the beach any time of the day and only see a few other families. The beach is great for little ones--no waves, tons of shells to collect and of course nice sand for playing. The roads are great for walks as well--it is only residents on the road and they are all very cautious and conscientious. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this cottage again and look forward to doing so in the future!
