Superb staff but villa did not meet expectation

The pool was good. Shower pressure was also good.

Room was dirty and so was the bathroom. The daily room services continuously missed replacing towels and toiletries and had to be reminded... the staff were SUPER lovely however. Very small room, air conditioner was placed in the worst spot. Lots of ant issues, even on the bed.

A Relaxing Lovely Vacation :)

We were a group of 4 (3 adults and 1 child). One of the best properties we have stayed in. The Kylff Club is amazing, lovely view, great food options, courteous staff, clean rooms, great pool in the room, lovely view, sunset is brilliant :) The bartender does a fab job in making some unique cocktails that are local too. They also provide shuttle services from the Yellow Bridge to hotel. The team also had few people help us with our bags from the yellow Bridge and cross into the Ceningan side. They took real good care of us during our stay of 4 days and 3 nights. We enjoyed every second. The pool water is salt based and can hurt your eyes, please wear googles and cap before entering. We also loved the floating breakfast (add on) was a brilliant experience :) Overall a great romantic, family friendly place!

Salt in the pool can be reduced.

Such a treat!

The villa, the view. The pool. The food. The price. The what's app support!

First of all, they do NOT have airport transfer as the listing indicates! Just a shuttle from a pedestrian bridge. It's SO hard to get there, and it's not really clear language to an English speaker. When they mention the fast boat "they work with", ask if they can share the schedule for ALL the boats. If you can, I recommend getting a scooter-taxi all the way from Nusa Lembongan "port" to the hotel.

Great location, amazing views. Love the dedicated pool

The hotel. amenities, layout and services were really good. Staff at the restaurant and room dining were amazing and very accomodative. The view from the restaurant is amazing. perfect spot.. having said that once you are at the resort its amazing and worth it... THANKS

The only thing I found a bit uncomfortable was getting to the resort.. from the harbour to the yellow bridge there is no arrangement and very difficult to find transportation. It spoils the entire experience,

Exceptional

This is such a beautiful villa with breathtaking and magical view. The hospitality were superb from the moment we arrived. The staff went above and beyond and always assisted us with everything we asked. Getting here sounds challenging but the staff was helping and making it easy for us. The food was especially exceptional. Would definitely be back without hesitation.

The location of the resort and the view is awesome. Once can sit whole day beside the cliff and see/hear waves crashing in. The staff was very supportive.

The latches for the room were loose/weary. On windy nights, the doors caused havoc as they couldn't be latched tightly. No bathtub.

Quiet, relaxing and peaceful villa with lovely staff!

The area was very quiet and perfect for a relaxing holiday without the crowds. The blue lagoon was beautiful and it was nice to relax with the view. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The villa was cleaned every day and very comfortable.

The menu prices particularly of the cocktails was a lot higher than I expected, but there were also other options outside the villa which was more reasonable.

Absolutely stunning location. I cannot understand how this place is so quiet. if people knew it was here, it would be booked solidly. Idyllic location.

the property is in a wild location which can make it windy sometimes but this adds to its charm and its rustic and wild appeal.

A lovely place to stay with stunning views of the lagoon and great for a private getaway

The blue Lagoon and the main pool are incredible! So worth staying just for this view at sunset. The restaurant was so lovely every time of day and night too. Loved the private villas and the pools. The floating breakfast was amazing! Very close to secret beach and great surf spots too.

Our bathroom flooded twice during our stay and they said there was nothing they could do as it was the rain and the drains couldn’t handle it. For the price we were paying it would have been nice of them to try to do something about it. The walkways and outside of the villas are a bit tired looking too. The main pool area and the villas are incredible, but the rest a little tired.

Overall we are glad we discovered this little gem

Food was fantastic. We had it once in our room and other times in the restaurant. All times it was really delicious. The staff were so lovely, friendly, welcoming and fun. Our private pool was wonderful and the resort pool was wonderful also.

Unfortunately our bathroom had a terrible sewerage smell that was quite overwhelming at times. Due to this we may not risk going back but it may have just been our room for whatever reason

Fantastic stay

The view of the lagoon from the hotel is incredible!! The pool villa was clean and nicely furnished. There are some eateries within walking distance of the hotel. The staff are super friendly - special thanks to Bagus for helping with transport, as well as the staff who gave me a birthday surprise. Such a memorable and wonderful stay! I cannot recommend this place enough.

Prices at Klyf Club restaurant are a litle steep but food was good.
