the apartment is great, super clean, has everything you may need, the host are simply super amazing and kind, always available, very nice and friendly. area is quiet and calm, there is parking, i stayed there 2 times already and ill come back for sure.

if you want to visit the north of the island is a bit further out, but doable, you just need to be ready to stay few hours in the car for a trip to the north.

Only place that forced me into signing a contract, you're basically given no choice. They said it's mandatory in Gran Canaria but no other apartment owner had asked me. The neighbours were very noisy, was told there were no children but there were loads. Constant chaos day and night. The furniture was old and cheap, they tried to blame me for the deterioration after I left. Even threatened me with the police! Very nasty. Bins are a 10 minute walk which is ridiculous and no shop nearby although the info says there is. Also they don't speak English like they say they do, communication was terrible. The bathroom is old and poor, water from the shower floods the floor. You can't access the wifi in the bedrooms, only the living area. Most notably didn't like their rude messages afterwards. Very unprofessional.
