The 2 ladies (LJ Hooker,Yamba) we’re excellent, They couldn’t of done more, on our first check in as well as our second check in, they both agreed that our experience at Elsewhere 3 wasn’t acceptable,& providing us with another premises was the only solution

plenty of room in the house, we’ll equipped kitchen, even though we didn’t use it. would be wonderful for family holiday stay.

the address was a little confusing. did not realise it was apart of appartments. was not sure we’re to park. would have been nice to know there were two flights of stairs to the appointment as I had my 86 year old Dad with us!!

noisy because of hard surfaces. teenage boy voice just echoed.

Large, spacious apartment in ideal location.

Details of how to find and get into apartment were minimal and the key provided didn’t work however this was worked out with the agent. Resort facilities a couple of blocks away from the apartment
