This lovely Ranch style cottage sits right on the shore of Little Glen Lake. Sweeping views of the Sleeping Bear Sand Dunes, Alligator Hill and the Narrows bridge await you. Enjoy wonderful sunrises and sunsets reflecting off the water's edge that is right outside your door. Gradual stairs lead you down to our dock and direct Little Glen lake access. We have a permanent boat mooring available for your boat to enjoy the beautiful blue waters of both Little and Big Glen lakes. Minutes away from downtown Empire and Glen Arbor and all the amenities that the Leelanau Peninsula has to offer. Rent a bike, boat, kayak or a stand up paddle board from one the nearby providers, Crystal River Outfitters or On the Narrows Marina. Enjoy the fresh lake air with all the home's windows, or if needed, choose the air conditioning for those warmer days. Comfortable spaces on the inside to cozy up with a book and plenty of room for guests to relax, watch a movie, or a quick nap on a couch. Enjoy the lovely outdoor space in one of our Zero Gravity reclining chairs and take in the gorgeous lake view. King bedroom has its own private patio access and a half bath ensuite. The master and secondary bedroom share a full bathroom across the hall. A recently renovated, spacious bunk room with 4 bunk beds and its own 3 piece bathroom is a perfect haven for children,teens and young adults. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for your family to enjoy preparing their own meals to eat while enjoying the stunning views. The property manager is only five minutes away so if there is anything you need or questions you have, Katie can be easily reached to help out.

I recommend this lovely home! It is wonderfully situated on Little Glen Lake allowing all of the fun activities in the lake. It was clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. There were plenty of comfortable beds for all of your guests. We had excellent communication from the property manager plus easy check in and check out information.

Charming house. Very clean and well appointed. Many comfortable bunks. Had absolutely everything we needed. No fire pit for s’mores (gas) but nothing to complain about! Perfect stay - we booked for next year!

We had a great week! We loved the house. It was wonderful. Great location. Kids loved the sandbar and boating. Short drive into town. Couldn’t ask for more!

This property on Glen Lake was an absolute delight. The lake's crystal-clear waters made it easy for the kids to play in the water all day, literally. The sand bar went at least 100' out, so our kids didn't event need lifejackets. We hooked our pontoon boat on the mooring ball, which was super convenient. Glen Lake offered endless opportunities for tubing, wakeboarding, relaxation and sunset watching.
The house totally surpassed our expectations - it looks better in real life than their pictures. The owners' meticulous attention to detail was evident in every aspect of the property, from the inviting living spaces to the well-appointed bedrooms. The interior design created a cozy haven where we could unwind after a day of exploring the beauty of Glen Lake. Our 4 kids absolutely loved sleeping in the queen bunkbeds!
The last huge plus for this property is the amount of parking. When visiting popular destinations, parking can often be a source of frustration. However, that was not the case here with 3-4 parking spaces!

Beautiful view of Little Glen from patio door off kitchen and eat in area. Across lake was the Sleeping Bear Dune hike.
Such a nice set up for several families staying at once. Plenty of bathrooms and beds too!

We had a wonderful vacation here! The property was perfect for our family. It was clean, spacious, and well equipped. The view and the lake were beautiful, and we spent a lot of time on the dock and swimming in the lake. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This vacation rental was perfect for our family. It was very clean and it had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. The sandy bottom lake was so much fun for the little ones and all of the adults. The location was close to Glen Arbor and Empire, and only about a half hour from Traverse City.
Our only criticism was the lack of cable TV. The TV was great and it has/ streaming with the availability to watch movies and shows, but we missed the live programming that cable provides.
Overall, we loved the rental property and would definitely book it again.

House looked just liked described in the posting. Very clean! Beds were comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed. Location was great - close to Glen Arbor and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Thanks for sharing!

I highly recommend this property. It is very spacious ( probably a little more than my family of 4 needed) and is in a great location. The lake is absolutely beautiful and we enjoyed swimming and watching the ducks. The lake is very shallow for a ways out so safe for younger kids.
The house itself has a great layout. It is well stocked with nice cutlery, dishes and cookware.
The beds (even kid’s beds) were very comfortable. Good quality towels, sheets and pillows were a great touch.
WiFi worked great!
Katie the manager was great. We never had issues but she was very easily available via text.
Lastly I must say that this house was extremely clean! The cleanest I have ever stayed in! Their crew is top notch!

The view out the lakeside window is amazing! The shallow sand bottom lake is perfect for young kids! Enjoyed the towns of Glen Arbor and Leland.

This property is way better than the pictures show. It is spacious and cozy/comfy. The bedrooms are large and beds are wonderful. The bunk room for our kids (12,10, 8 and 5) was perfect. The location is great. 5 mins to the dunes, empire, Glen Arbor. It’s all right there. Katie was amazing w our check in and giving us the lay of the land. The fire pit on the patio is the best to enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. We can’t wait to come back. The home is really clean and just very welcoming.

Our 3 generation family enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cottage. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the availability of beach towels. We especially enjoyed eating at the picnic table where we had great view of the lake and dunes.

Great Stay and Great Location. Rented a pontoon from Glen Lake Marine for the week. Propane fire pit on the covered patio was great for some of the rainy days. Thank you for the memories.

The house is wonderful. The kids could walk in the shallow water 1/2 way across the lake and it was only 3-4 foot deep. The kitchen has everything you could need, and thanks for the bag of coffee!!! Loved using the garage to store our bikes when we weren’t riding. Lots of board games on site if needed.

This property is perfect for a family and the view is spectacular! Location is right on the water and a 5 minute drive (or 10 min bike ride) to GA downtown. There is a separate area off the main entrance for one of the bedrooms with a full bath making this great for multiple families or a teenager and friend. It was immaculately clean and had everything you could need (local cooking pans coffee, towels, soap, games, paper towels, etc...). Definitely coming back!! Thank you!

Pictures don’t do this lovely home justice! So many thoughtful touches make it a perfect place to stay. Comfy beds, stocked kitchen and sparkling clean. The location is ideal - away from the hustle and bustle of the big lake with a perfect view of the dunes. Property manager Katie will take good care of you.

Couldn’t have asked for better views of dunes and lake! Weather was overcast and rainy but this lake house more than made up for unpredictable weather with its views, amenities and cleanliness. Manager was extremely timely with our numerous pre-stay questions, was accommodating with our needs, and gave us great tips! Only thing worth mentioning was that we ran out of hot water during showers and we are family of five.

This house was perfect for a fall get away with friends. We all had enough personal space, a hang out room with great views, and a dock to sit by a gorgeous lake and watch the colors turn on the trees across the lake. The lake was very quiet. Lots of unique and beautiful hikes very near the home. The property manager answered all questions and was very helpful.

We stayed at this property with two other couples. The views of the dunes, the lake, and the changing leaves were just gorgeous. The space was perfect for our group, and could even accommodate a few kids. Having a small half bath in the master made was an added bonus! The house was also clean and tidy. We are already thinking about another trip next the summer--we'd love to take advantage of the lakefront.

It’s in a beautiful location and very convenient for many of the key places to visit on the Leelanau Peninsula and Sleeping Bear Dunes. Neither the owner or property manager responded to questions about bedding and appliances prior to the visit. The property could be better maintained in general. An alarm from an unmaintained smoke detector battery woke us in the middle of the night. A well stocked property with everything you need for your stay.

My wife, our parents, and brother/girlfriend stayed at this wonderful cottage for two nights in August. We had an incredible experience. The property was very clean, and recently updated. More than enough space for six adults. The location was unbeatable, right on little glen lake with a nice dock for our kayaks and paddleboards. Very close to Dune climb, Lake Michigan, and glen arbor. We had a great time and will be looking to book this cottage again next Summer! The landlords were very helpful, and even shipped a forgotten parcel to me - I was very grateful for this customer service!

This is a nice place to stay. Great views of the dunes and right on the lake. The lake is very shallow so it was perfect for our little one. Sue was always available when we called and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again.

We comfortably slept 6 adults in this cottage, with plenty of room to spare! The layout was nice and open, perfect for entertaining a larger group like we had. We appreciated the larger living space (attached to the kitchen and dining) with a panoramic view of Little Glen Lake. 11/10 will be staying here again.
