really nice property with comfy beds and really good showers. lots of plug sockets too
bedroom curtains didn’t quite fit the windows so got a bit too light in the mornings
8.0
friendly staff, good bar area with a wide selection of beers, wines and bar snacks. Plenty of sun beds, quiet area within 10 minutes of the main town. Good location.
Very clean, definitely worth requesting a duvet, rather than sheets.
spa area impressive, if not a little dark. table tennis and pool tables were good quality (but did feel like a bunker)
Other than the omelettes and bread, the breakfast selection wasn’t to my taste, coffee and juices were awful.
Room doors slam every time and echo through the building, meaning anyone getting in late, or up early who doesn’t carefully close them (ie most people in our experience) cause a cacophony of noise - almost musical at breakfast time

clean, friendly staff, good breakfast and bar facilities

All the staff were so accommodating, they were brilliant
Breakfast
6.0
(1) Well appointed room
(2) Nice swimming pool of average size
(3) Good breakfast with freshly cooked eggs, four hot and many cold entries, bread, cereals, tea, coffee, jams, marmalades, fruit juices prepared from concentrates
(1) Not good value for money; given the nearest four star hotel in the area is half the price and the daily tariff is not all inclusive.
(2) Upon arriving at the reception, I was presented with a card machine for payment. The staff entered the amount in the machine in €, but as the amount was processed in the machine, it should an extra charge of around €13! I tried using all my credit and debit cards to see if that would make a difference. However the charge remained the same. The receptionist advised me that this charge was from their bank and not from them. I had to bite the bullet and make the payment. Later the payment slip which came out of the card machine wasn’t in € but Turkish Liras. It seems something is not right!
(3) One of the member of staff was particularly brittle and edgy. There was no shower gel in the bathroom and I called the reception. Instead of him saying he would send some, he said “ No! there is always shower in your bathroom and you should look for it”. I had to later call again to speak to someone else to get it.
(4) Not close to the city centre by walk. Since I was driving it wasn’t an issue.

The hotel was very comfortable, clean, relaxing, well equipped and with a wonderful spa/hammam- which we didn’t use at first because we didn’t realise the spa had a hammam!
we enjoyed the breakfasts and light lunches. although the hotel is a little way from the town centre, this meant a very peaceful location and the ready availability of taxis at reasonable rates meant that we came and went as we pleased. A good range of trips were offered, if required.
All in all, an excellent base for a stay in Dalyan.
the Turkish coffee was so good, it would have been nice if better European coffee had been available!

Lovely staff, great pool, easy flat walk into town which takes about 8mins, rooms spacious and clean
Getting a bed round pool area can be difficult but there is a lovely garden area ( just off pool ) with sunbeds which actually was much nicer, as beds around pool area are very close together

Breakfast was reasonable standard. Pool area is lovely
Guests "reserved" sunbeds and then didn't use them - very annoying ! Hotel policy was to remove towels if beds were unused but they didn't enforce.
Breakfast had little variety day to day. Coffee was awful ! Juices were awful.
Menu for lunch / dinner very poor.

the rooms are lovely, clean throughout and helpful staff
the were not enough sun beds around the pool.
in the hot weather it feels a bit of a distance into town although taxis are very cheap

.Loved everything, lovely friendly welcome, rooms modern and large exceptionaly clean, cleaning staff lovely and friendly. Great walk in shower. Exceptional comfy beds and pillows, best I have ever slept in Turkey. Nice comfy arm chair. Fridge with water and soda bottles which you have to pay for but really cheap. kettle with tea coffee in room, a/c, even supplyed me with a fan when asked. Lots of wardrobe space.
We had a downstairs room with terrace and 2 chairs table overlooking beautiful salt watered pool. Nice comfy sunbeds. Lovely location with grass area's lots of plants and little added personnel touches, loved the turtle flower beds and scripted drawing on wall and swing and statue and conch's.Borrowed some bikes from hotel and explored local area, felt safe on roads beautiful areas to explore.
Quaint hotel bar with friendly happy staff also nice little restaurant with outdoor seating, all the staff were so helpful friendly felt like your family by the time we left. In the hotel they have a wonderful Turkish hammnan spa, actually I had two as they were so good. From Turkish scrub in lemon, face mask exceptional full body massage Inc hot stones. Pedicure, catered for all different types of body ailments. Qualified knowledgeable friendly masseurs Prices started from £15 to £40 half hour to 1half hours, or longer if required. Amazing if you compare to UK prices. And I'd say Turkish massages the best.
10 min walk into centre of town. lots of lovely restaurants and Nice bars. Beautiful river restaurants. This hotel is wonderful from ambience to comfort location and wonderful staff. Would highly recommend, and will definitely be back. Thankyou for a great memorable stay x
Can't be helped but Mosquitos around dalyan as by river, bring good repellent. Early later months more as they don't like hotter months.

Amazing value and very clean. Beds so incredibly comfortable with crisp white linens
Breakfasts could vary a little more. Turkish breads etc, better coffee as it was so so weak.
4.0
Easy to go from the hotel to iztuzu beach (10 minutes by car) and to sarigerme beach (30 min by car).
The bar is open till later.
In the bathroom there is a strange smell of mold. The staff was polite, but unhelpful because couldn't speak a foreign language, except the man at reception. The food was ok but no variation durring our stay.
8.0
The swimming pool was nice and clean.
The owner was very friendly and let us stay in the rooms and use the pool longer than regular check-out time. The on-site restaurant is nice.
We got two connected rooms with absolutely no no view — overlooking an abandoned building site.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Had some difficulty finding the place but someone immediately drove out to meet me. The room was huge and comfortable. Location was nice - tucked away to feel remote but close enough to just walk to the town center. They also provided free bikes if you didn't feel like walking.

Walking distance from the little center.
Friendly staff.
Good value for money.

Staff is welcoming and friendly. We stayed i the midst of lockdown, restaurant with barbecue was working and food was great. It was a kind of salvation, because everything else in Dalyan was closed at that moment.
9.2
Calm and access to river.
8.3
We liked the room, comfortable bed , all you need for a stay
We thought it being specified a spa resort it would be quiet and peaceful , but it was ruined with lots of children, one cried in the pool over 20 minutes
Our lunch snack was very average, nothing seemed to be homemade. Not many options of cocktails
We expected a room with a mountain view, to sit and relax but got a room with a road view.
