Giada was an amazing host! She went above and beyond to make us feel at home by giving us great recommendations and helping us with transportation. The grounds are absolutely beautiful with great attention to detail. Highly recommend getting an outdoor massage! Would definitely return and recommend this property to friends.

Air conditioning in the room could be better

Very nice and peaceful place, calm and we got a warm welcome from the host Giada. The guesthouse is in the heart of Porto Rotondo, we got all we wanted. Great view, very artistic room!

The Geco do Giada art suites deserve a 10 plus rating. The accommodation has unique rooms where the owners has thought of every detail. Next to that you can relax at the well maintained swimming pool. On the top of it, behind the apartment there is a gorgeous garden with a spot to enjoy the city view. Giada is a very kind host who makes sure that your stay is exceptional.

Location is perfect and the place owner is very flexible and take care of her guests. I recommand this place and will come back in the future!

Breakfast is an italian breakfast which means one coffee and one pastry. This does not match to the high price and is certainly no standard for the customers with healthy lifestyle. We are used to becoming extraordinary breakfast in such locations. We canceled the breakfast and got 5 euro per person per day, which is out of the proportion for the accommodation price. We planned relaxing holidays with peaceful surroundings and serenity and at our check in we were told that this is a kind of peaceful paradise, and it looked like it. So we were really happy until our first night there. After we got ready to sleep we were disturbed from the really loud music from the restaurant nearby. After 11 PM the restaurant becomes a night club playing loud music outdoors and leaving the surroundings without sleep. We understand that the owner of the accommodation is not responsible for this, but this should be clear communicated in the hotel description because high quality sleep impacts the holidays a lot. We do not understand that the city government allows such night clubs in the settlement with houses and villas where people live. In the other countries this is forbidden.

Very classy interior. Super comfy bed. Well equipped modern bathroom. Huge shower. Good coffee machine. Coffee, tea and still water included. Very clean. Nice pool, beach/pool towels included. Great location - walking distance to the port and restaurants.

The place turned to be not the best choice for us because: 1) It is located 50m away from a disco bar that plays very loud music till 2am from June till October. It was not possible to fall asleep before 2am. So you either join the disco every day or plan something else to do before they finish playing the music. 2) booking.com states that they serve “superb breakfast”, but this was not the case. Their breakfast was a hot drink and a croissant in the same disco bar that was opened already from early morning. The Villa manager claimed as if they couldn’t remove “superb breakfast” from the description as it was earned 2 years ago before Corona. They returned us money for the breakfasts, and we had to organize it by ourselves. There are many places serving breakfast around too. Anyways, don’t count on “superb breakfast” at the Villa.

This was the most relaxing holiday I have had! Scrambled eggs were amazing 😊 Giada and Gianni were great hosts. The room was big and jacuzzi on the balcony was a great touch with a lovely view!

Superb location, beautifully kept gardens, wonderful rooms

We had a room with jacuzzi but neighbours can see in, we had evening flight and although we were able to leave our luggage there, there are no facilities to get changed and there are no outside toilets, so once you’re out of the room you can’t use toilets! Also as we were leaving, the owners argued very loudly, behind close doors I must add, but we were by the pool and heard it - not very professional in my opinion.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Geco di Giada Art Suites, it was a beautiful experience. Gianni's breakfasts are superb, Giada & Gianni are very accommodating and cannot do enough for you. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nicely appointed. The location is wonderful, everything is within walking distance, there are superb restaurant's, you can hire a boat, the beach clubs are superb and Sardinia itself is fantastic. We would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Local parking is very expensive, you will need to book your parking with Giada before you stay, otherwise you have to pay extortionate rates in the carpark opposite.
