Enjoy the views of the harbor, beach and boats from your kitchen, dining and living room. This property is uniquely located, offering guests the views of Newport Harbor and just steps to the ocean. Just outside your door, enjoy the bay front beach and the view as the boats go by. Professionally managed and maintained by BeachView Realty our local property manager. The home is located on the second floor and is nicely decorated with three-bedrooms and two-baths. The living room has a large fireplace with dining room, a kitchen with all the essentials, and a private outdoor patio. There is also an office with high speed internet and desk. Our unique location is directly across from a sandy bay beach with views of the beautiful Newport Bay, Lido island, and the boats of Newport Harbor. The property is walking distance to the many attractions of the Newport Peninsula. Walk to the Fun Zone and the ferry to Balboa Island, or the many restaurants, piers or take the beach cruisers provided and ride on the bike path to your favorite location. The home has wonderful views. This is not your typical beach rental! We use the property as a second home.. The bedrooms are nicely decorated. The King and Queen bedrooms are spacious. The 3rd bedroom is Ideal for teens and or children and has full size bunk beds on top and bottom. Please note it is accessed through the master bedroom and patio deck. Enjoy the boats passing by from your living and dinning room, a real treat everyday especially during the Newport Harbor Christmas Boat Parade. The bay beach across from the property is great for families. Have fun in Newport harbor on the water, as there are boat and kayak rentals nearby. You can also kayak or paddle board from the beach in front of the house. Bikes, beach chairs and paddle board provided for your use.

Can't beat location. Home was clean and very pretty. Only drawback is the floor plan. You have to walk through the master bedroom to access the bunk bed room and office. There is no bathroom access from the bunk bed room without going through master. Still would have rented it, but it changed how we had everyone sleep. Wish I had known ahead of time.

Nice property and location.
Only one thing that is a bit odd is the 3rd bedroom. It is outside on back balcony and you must use/share the master bedroom bathroom and walk thru the master bedroom to get to all the other areas of the home.

This property is in the perfect location. You can walk to the harbor or the ocean within minutes. Plenty of restaurants and things to do around the property. They had chairs, paddleboards, boogie boards and bikes for use. The unit is located upstairs where there is an additional patio in the back that has a large table, BBQ and couches. The front of the unit has a small patio with table and umbrella. The unit is clean, the kitchen is stocked with enough dishes, and utensils to cook. The unit is well laid out, with a living room/dining room combo. If you need a place to stay and want to be near Lido Village, this is a gem! The management staff is friendly and responds quickly!

Wonderful location, friendly people, ez to walk to the Pacific. Furniture and bedding and rugs need cleaning or renewed. Overall a great seaside get away.

Everything was good the toaster we had a problem with. I think it needs to be replaced and also the blender we tried to use that and we could not get that working but other than that I think everything else was good it was satisfactory. This is our second time staying there so

We came to the area for a Debate tournaments at concordia, loved the location wonderful walk to the ferry over to Balboa Island. Enjoyed our stay very much, especially that you let us use the paddle boards. That was a welcome treat. Enjoyed walking to the coffee shop in the mornings. It seems everybody sleeps in in this area so if you are an early riser, it is really wonderful.😎

We loved our stay! The location was perfect, the home had everything we needed and the little bay out front was like a little slice of heaven. We stayed during the week of the 4th of July and saw great fireworks from the bay. We hope to stay again next year.

I couldn't be happier with the location and the neighborhood. Only 50 ft away from a sandy private Laguna beach which you can see from the living room.
We stayed at the upper unit and it felt super private until the guests downstairs checked in. We were lucky that they were nice and we all got along well.
The house itself is just ok, it has everything you need and more but it is a rental unit... do not expect anything new or modern.
During our stay, we had severe internet issues which limited our ability to work but the management company was quick to respond and fixed it within 48 hours.
I would stay in this property again despite all the cons. The location is simply superb.

On arrival, the home was very clean and well put together. They were well prepared for all ages from newborn to elderly. Everything was a short distance from the property and easy to access! Will definitely stay here again for a family vacation!

We we’re traveling with our three year old and having the sandy area right across the street was a huge bonus. Couches and beds could use a little update, but all in all, everything was pretty clean. Close proximity to everything we wanted to do. We would definitely stay again, however, if you have little kids, the downstairs unit might be a better option. We felt like the people below us could hear all the toddler noise.

The location is amazing. Quiet neighborhood with restaurants close by. Beds were comfortable. House was very clean. We had a couple of questions for the management company and they were very friendly and responsive. It’s a wonderful area to go for walks along the beach or to the piers. It’s super easy getting to anywhere you want to go in the Southern California area. One comment about the bunkbed room: there is an back patio that you get to from the master bedroom and off of the back patio is a split room where one side is an office space and the other side is the bunkbed room. The air flow is a stilted in that split room (“split” meaning there is a wall between the office area and the bedroom but the wall doesn’t go all the way to the ceiling). That space could use a ceiling fan to keep the air flowing.
We would definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect. The price for the property was really good considering the location. I've stayed in nicer homes but not in a location as great as this. I could go out the front and hang by the bay, or go out the back and go to the beach. The property came with paddle boards, boogie boards, and beach chairs. I would absolutely stay here again.

This property left a lot to be desired. Location is good, but the walls are paper thin (you can hear everything downstairs). The third bedroom with the bunks was musty and needed to be aired out (no windows) with cabinets that were taped shut and super run down. Wouldn’t want to be in there if it was really hot out. The water pressure was terrible (it’s completely non existent if a toilet is flushed or anything is used in either bathroom or the suite downstairs). The fan and light in the king bedroom did not work either. Overall I would not describe this as a luxury accommodation as the ad states. Honestly, I would like a refund. Please contact me.

We have stayed here a couple of times. We Loved that there were paddle boards and bikes and proximity to the bay for paddling. Wish there were more than 2 bikes:) for the whole family. We went on a few lovely rides along the boardwalk.
The house was clean and was set up for cooking. Note. If you do plan on cooking bring everything all your own spices, tea coffee and salt and pepper.

The rental was an excellent location and had a wonderful view, however you need to be aware there is no A/C, if renting during hotter months. Also there were windows that did not have screens and could not be left open. There were 3 ceiling fans but only one tower fan and a smaller desk top fan. With 95+ temperatures during our stay the inside was very uncomfortable. The third bedroom (with bunk beds) we could not use since the ventilation was extremely poor.

Booked a week with a incredible heat wave. The front room would greatly benefit from a large window that opens. Or operating AC.
Location is fantastic and the house very comfortable but not ideal with temps pushing 90.

-no dehumidifier that close to the ocean is negligent; Smelled very musty and like mold, many of the metal fixtures were rusty,
- some windows didn’t have screens
-Very cheap and ugly appliances/fixtures
-Ikea furniture; many items broken
-Cleanliness; No way I was taking my shoes off and walking on that carpet. Windows were very very old (metal tracks that make it very hard to slide windows) and filthy, Bugs in light fixtures, The table out back was terribly stained and gross,3rd bedroom was filthy all around.
-The covered patio; moss growing on the beams. Some beams were rotted right off, the overhang over a bedroom door (that you had to go outside through the patio area to get to) was rotted
-There is a doorbell in the living room (?!) that was hanging off the wall wires exposed
-There is a light switch that is missing the actual switch so it’s a hole in the plate
*I do have photos of all of this that were not shown in listing. It looked cute and quaint. It’s simply OLD and run down.
We travelled from Canada so this was terribly inconvenient on top of disappointing.
*The owner did refund us with no problems but this has completely deterred us from doing Vrbo outside of our own country

Air conditioner did not work and only one fan for the whole house. I would recommend bring your own fan in the event its a HOT week or weekend.

Original windows, torn or missing screens, stained carpets. Kitchen was stocked fairly well but seemed as though contents of cupboards were just thrown in with no organization.
However, even with the above notations we enjoyed our week as the neighborhood and location were perfect with beautiful views of the small beach across the street and the ocean beach a short 2 blocks away.

Older remodeled place, windows stuck some, little warm in the VRBO in the afternoons. Cooled off really quick once the sun went down. Zero complaints, great place, we rode the 2 provided bikes all over the place!

The apartment is on the second floor, we had a great relaxing time. Beach is across the street. The rooms are set up a little different, there is a room on the back that in order to access you must walk through the master bedroom. No issues for us other than I wish they would change the office adjacent to the room in the back to a bathroom. If someone is staying in that room they must enter the master bedroom in order to use the bathroom. You lose all sense of privacy. The apartment was clean, the carpets could use an update. But overall a great location. I would recommend this place.

The location is perfect, overlooking the bay, and a 2 minute walk to the beach. Standup boards, bicycles, and beach chairs available inside the garage. Clean, but most kitchen and bedroom drawers are hard to open and close. Needs several updates but we were comfortable because of all the extras! Yes, we would rent it again.
