About this house rental
Fully furnished 2 story home overlooking the estuary via the top floor verandah and located just 3-5 minutes walk to the waters edge. Dawesville foreshore boasts a nearby Cafe, boat ramp, children's playground and public BBQ's. The Peel Produce Market is on every Saturday morning. An IGA, bottle shop and other food options are nearby while Coles and other shops have opened up a short drive away in Florida Beach. There are some great walks along the water front, through the bush or nearby and Melros beach is 5 minutes by car. Feel free to explore the estuary using our canoe. Mandurah city centre is only 10-15 minutes drive away with lots of attractions. The Giants of Mandurah are all within easy access and well worth a visit. There are 2 lounge rooms with TV in each, music system and DVD player. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Reverse cycle air conditioners and or ceiling fans throughout. Bring your own bed linen and towels please as we provide everything else.

Loved this house and highly recommend it. Relaxing outlook and it had everything you could possibly need. Neat and tidy!

House was great as it had two separate lounge rooms, both with lovely views. The lawn was great for the kiddies and the afternoon drinks and cheese on the deck overlooking the view was just gold. Will be back again soon.

We all absolutely loved our stay. Everything you needed plus more. The views from the house and the close proximity to the estuary were a great hit. My grandkids had a ball on the kayak. Thankyou

We loved our stay at your house. It was perfectly clean, and equipped with quality kitchen equipment. We had our Christmas there, and we loved it. Enough space for our 4 kids under four. Just would've enjoyed the pool to be filled. But other than that. Loved it. No issues at all. The view is lovely, and were very glad for the air-conditioning as it was extremely hot! Enough cupboards. Truly worth staying there. My son loved looking for crabs. When they're older, we would love to go canoeing though. Perfect spot, just walking distance.

Relaxing moments
I stayed at this location to enjoy some getaway time with friends. It was perfect! Close to the foreshore for walks, there was a kayak in the garage we could use. And close to the beach for the sunset. In a quiet neighbourhood, nice to be away from the city. All the communication was helpful and flexible as well. I would stay here again!!!

Perfect. Very family friendly, easy to maintain, we all thoroughly enjoyed meals around the spectacular views from the kitchen/ dining room. The beds were amazingly comfortable. I didn’t want to leave.The hosts were great with communication and extremely welcoming. We will be returning...

Dawesville Getaway
We have just spent 3 weeks at this property. So glad we found it. The house was in a nice location, well set up, organised, clean, and had all the comforts of home. The property owner was great to deal with. We would happily return again for another holiday.

Great Spot for a Quick Getaway
We will definitely be coming back to this house. This house has everything you need, all kitchen utilities, comfy beds, very clean rooms, heaters/aircon, big backyard and a great view overlooking the estuary! Close to the boat ramp and not too far from Mandurah! Perfect place for quick getaway from Perth.
