Disappointed overall in the cleanliness. The bed was very comfortable.

Food. It was good. But Not keen on dried eggs

We stay in a lot of hotels so we noticed these things. But this room was very different. The rooms floors were very sticky. I mentioned it to the front desk. Our feet got pretty dirty from them. The room was pretty dusty, like under the bathroom sink and behind the entry door it was dirty. They Never even vacuumed it up. There was a piece of red candy up by the headboard on the floor at the first bed closest to the door. Some condiments were missing. Shower caps. Not enough bath soap. The shampoo container was pretty empty. These are the things I had to ask for! There should have been a mirror on the wall where the desk and the chair is so one could sit down and put makeup on. The long mirror didn’t have a good light for that. I would stay again if I knew your cleaning team would do a better job.

No way near worth the $520 a night price. More like a motel

The bathroom was not stocked with shampoo, body soap or hand soap at the sink. The couch was dirty and the had had sheets for the pull out couch. Only a blanket. Not sanitary

we were in Temecula to celebrate our 47th wedding anniversary. Everything at the hotel was what we expected, for better

The location was perfect, at the very beginning of old town. In the bedroom, everything look like it had just been remodeled perfectly. In the bathroom, everything was brand new, and in perfect working order. The he attendant at check in was very helpful, because of my hearing aids, it is sometimes hard to understand, she took extra time to make sure I I could understand everything she said.

Deeply disappointed. The photos on the website were shown a nice location, but once we got there very nasty location. They kept my one-night fee of over $135. I had to find a new hotel.

Very shady looking people and trucks, bad part of town. Trash.

Great hotel but may charge before

The hotel is beautiful and clean. Their constantly cleaning and restocking the breakfast area. It's in a frast location. And staff is very pleasant

The hotel was Suppose to charge once we checked in but hotel charged before checked in and at the wrong rate. I previously had another room but canceled months in advance for a different room which was cheaper due to number of guest changed. We had 3 people that were paying 3 ways but I still had to pay for the room at the incorrect rate, which csshier said supervisor would call me, and i will receive another receipt. I never received call or receipt so I called 2 days later supervisor very pleasant and reimbursed me the balance but the hold never was released so i paid doulble. After 5 days, I called my bank to file a dispute . They wanted me to fax over receipt, but it has the incorrect charges, but she assured me I'll get it back within 1 - 2 days.

location. relative affordability for the area. staff. breakfast.

The price was jacked up a ridiculous amount for the day we went…..the day before a holiday. I should not have to pay 150% of normal price on random days. Also, the couch bed was not made and had no sheets available, even though we indicated 4 people would be staying in the room that night. We had to go get sheets and make the bed, which was inconvenient after getting in late at night with children.
