The house and balcony is large

The general feeling was that the landlord was saving everything he could. The soap was completely diluted with water. The towels were of the lowest quality and were not absorbed water. He barely agreed to fill coffee in the apartment, and he filled it only after we complained about it. There was a crazy noise from a party on the beach and we could not sleep. But the worst thing was that he tried to deceive us. Two days later we received a notice from booking that we were being asked to pay money for damages we had done. He sent pictures of a makinata and two pots that were not washed (which is true but no harm is certain) and another tear in the mattress where you can not see because of the bed linen. Our feeling that he was waiting for an opportunity to bring the rift in the mattress to tourists. And because we did not wash dishes, he took the opportunity. Of course we did not cause any real harm. And also the toilet is outside.

Great location for the Capri ferry. Quiet area at night and lots of private space to enjoy with great views from the balcony. Antonio the host is very friendly and helpful giving lots of advice.

Bathroom is accessed from outside which is a little inconvenience. Check in time is limited.
