The 5 of us so enjoyed our time in the lake. The house was huge and had plenty of room for all of us. Our favorite place was sitting in the deck watching boaters go by. Our neighbor even showed us a turtle laying eggs between our houses. When we weren’t on the lake we played several rounds of foosball.The people in town were very friendly and welcoming. We’d definitely do this again.

Very nice location. Close to everything you could need or want to do. Boat rental on the corner is great for a chance to explore the lake. The only down side was the a/c was acting up (83* in the house). A quick text to owner and a service man was sent out to us immediately. Tip: turn the econo mode on the a/c off or it will stop every 2 hours.

Nice lake house equipped with pretty much everything you need. Location was great and close to pretty much everywhere and everything in Hot Springs for us. Nice neighborhood with nice neighbors passing by on walks, I’d picked this house again. We did have one problem but the owners had someone out right away and it didn’t affect our stay at all. The air conditioner worked great, beds were comfy, spacious enough for our family of 10, hot water lasted for all showers, plenty of pots, pans, and utensils. We spent a lot of time on the deck it’s very nice.

We really enjoyed the house and the locations both on the lake and in town. It was a great deck space to congregate on and the house was well stocked. The house is not updated, but it was well suited for a laid back lake weekend, and the host was communicative and responsive.

Impressive Lake Condo with lots of room to stretch out. Enjoyed the view of the lake from the large back deck. We also enjoyed the outdoor furniture where we all enjoyed chilling and chatting through the night.

This was by far the best rental we have ever had. The place is clean, very well appointed with a marvelous location. The Texas family met up with the Missouri family and all had a great time.

We had a great stay we always enjoy hot springs but we really enjoyed our stay especially being on the lake we rode the lake enjoyed the view of houses and we were able to access restaurants from lake and enjoyed bass fishing everything about the stay was comfortable and enjoyable

This was perfect for our family. I was there for business but there was lots to keep the family busy while we were there

Lakeland was a wonderful stay! With a beautiful view. It was perfect for us. The house set up is so neat, with the extra living area downstairs with bedrooms. Perfect for a group of couples staying together. Roger was very quick to respond with any questions I had or help that was needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We had 8 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us. We especially enjoyed the deck! Nice quiet area right on the water and close to Oaklawn. Definitely would stay here again.

The communication with Roger was great he responded quickly to all my concerns. House has everything you need as far as utensils in the kitchen including plates and glasses. Beds were very comfortable my whole group stated that. The house could use a good cleaning especially on the outside, the deck had some nails sticking up and some splintering planks which are not good for bare feet. A good power wash on it would make a huge difference especially on the back side and the door frame areas. Had to clean all the build up of ashes in the grill to use. Overall a nice stay just put about two good days of cleaning and fixing a few things and this property would be beautiful. Being right on the lake would make it very special.

We were there to celebrate my Husband's 50th. We spent time at Races and the Casino, loved the location and the peaceful great view to drink coffee in mornings. Great stay

We had an extended family getaway and this place was perfect for all of us to gather. The deck is big and cozy and steps from the water. The location was close to all of the fun things to do in Hot Springs.

The pictures were deceiving online, made rooms look bigger and nicer than what they actually were. Outside was very dirty with cob webs and bugs all over the door and siding, which is the first thing you see when going into the house. The setting was beautiful and beds slept great, showers were amazing but all of the TV 's need to be updated and only had antenna in bedrooms which 2 of the 4 didn't work at all. The deck is rotting and shotty in areas that felt like they could break at any moment. They blamed most of this on "out of season" but they had a week to get out ready for us. I let the owner know when something was wrong each time and hope these things get fixed.. it could be a real nice place!

Great first VRBO experience. Roger was great communicating with us on what to expect. It was a cold week but plenty of heat including electric heaters for the bedrooms. I would definitely stay there again. Great Lake views and deck space.

You can’t beat the view from this property! Roger was nice and helpful. Our group enjoyed the outdoor seating area and the games that are available to play. We brought our boat, so we took the lake route to go out to eat which was fun. Nice family weekend!

We loved staying at the lake house. It was very cozy and we had everything we needed. The view is gorgeous!!! Lots of games for my family to have fun with , and we did 😁 The only real issue was you will have to use the window units in the evening because the A/C can’t keep up. Other than that it was fabulous ❤️

This house was perfect for us! Great location on the lake. Very close to stores and restaurants. Owner was very attentive to messages. It definitely has all items needed for a weekend on the lake!

We had a great time at Rogers lake house. Property was as listed.

We were a group of two grandparents, four adult children, and two kids under 3. The space worked well for us - it was nice to have the little ones and their parents on the first level so they had their own space, and the bathtub is on that floor for nighttime baths. We are glad to see the house had baby gates, too. We ate all of our meals at home. Both Kroger and Walmart are within minutes. The kitchen had everything we needed. We especially liked the good knives, the big bowls, and the huge stack of plates. We appreciated the big table with 8 chairs -- it is surprising how hard that is to find in a rental! But it was a great place to eat and to play games. The deck was a very nice gathering place, too, but it was really hot outside. The deck has a nice big sectional and another big table. The best part of course was the lake. It was so very hot and the lake was the place to be. The house is on a part of the lake that must be a no-wake zone because when boats come by, they are going slow. There's not much boat traffic except for neighbors who have boats. We did a lot of swimming and floating and all had a blast in the water! It's the kind of place I could see us coming every summer. Thank you.

Our group had a blast! Very accommodating, loved using the dock for swimming, and enjoyed being a short drive to downtown area. We will be back again someday!

Our family had a wonderful vacation in Hot Springs and very much enjoyed this house. Various ages/groups were able to relax and enjoy their own tv's or come all together on the comfy sectional on the deck. Several times we did need to communicate with the owner and Roger was very responsive. The cove is very quiet and the lake is gorgeous. Highly recommend this property!

We very much enjoyed the home and it’s location on the lake. We were able to do many activities on the lake without a lot of boat traffic nearby. Communication was timely and easy. We look forward to visiting again.

Great property but not for the physically challenged. Steep dark indoor stairs to the basement level. Deck overlooking the lake is AMAZING. Provisions amazing. Beds 10 stars. Cleanliness 10 stars. Would definitely rent again.

We had a wonderful time. I wish the weather would have been nicer. The location is perfect a little lake time, shopping and enjoying the sites.

This place comes with everything you need and even stuff you didn’t think you were going to need! Roger is so easy to communicate with and fast at responding! Walmart and other stores were literally down the street! We loved the fact that everything we wanted to do was just minutes away from us!
