The view

Lion D’or is a great looking property inside and out, comfy and stylish. Our room was generously sized, the only negative for some may be that there’s no air-con but as we didn’t even use the fan during this heat wave we were quite content. Lovely fruit salad at breakfast. Centrally located in the mostly pedestrian centre but parking wasn’t far away.

‘Garden view’ was unfortunately straight out at a very bushy tree in summer, but I guess at least it kept the sun out.

parking sometimes a problem.

It was our second time in the inn and we loved it as much as the first time. The room was spacious and comfortable. We had the room opening on the garden and the view is beautiful. Breakfast was fine.

Welcoming and helpful hosts. Beautifully restored historic home, very comfortable. Tasty breakfast. Location excellent, round the corner from the main square, close to all the buzz, restaurants, sunday market, but very quiet. Pretty terraces off breakfast room to relax in. Walking distance to everything. Enjoyed a swim in the glorious river. Free parking a short walk away. Loved Auberge Lion D'Or and St Antonin. Will definitely be back when in the area again Thanks

Parking is difficult but the accommodation made up for that!

Very charming little B&B with lovely owners, central but quiet location. Easy to get around. Beautiful terrace and garden. Paul provided a fantastic breakfast. We loved it!

Paul and Renee were excellent hosts. Very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very good. The hotel is in a pedestrian zone but there is free parking nearby.

The building is so full of character, really old and charming with wonderful furniture. A really brilliant stay. Great people great food and great location by the river and the town square.

A very charming hotel with wonderful welcoming owners/hosts. Breakfasts were very nice. Our room was 'old world' (as expected given the age of the hotel; I often thought to myself - "if these walls could talk...") but with modern facilities tastefully incorporated. It was large and very comfortable. Just about everything the township has to offer was within comfortable walking distance.

Parking - this is not to say I 'didn't like' this, because I was forewarned by the owners and it was just as expected. Parking is available in a public area a short walking distance from the hotel - I would not rate it a 'deal-breaker'

Perfect location. A one minute stroll to cafes and shops whilst being nice and quiet. Lovely house with history. Heatings good, breakfast and service were great. Paul and Renee were very accommodating.

The Auberge is (one of) the oldest building in a medieval village. It's a beautiful place to spend a short holiday. The service was great and although our host was not the chatty kind (when we were there), he worked his ass off to make our stay a great one.

Very nice breakfast. The host went the extra mile with a candle decorated chocolate pastry to celebrate my wife’s birthday 🎂

The atmosphere in the house was cordial and the host were very lovely. The interior in the hole house was very aesthetic. There was a lot of space and light in the room. The breakfast was comprehensive.
