Woolworth and Spar was very far

Breakfast was very nice

Not allowing us to play loud music. Other rooms there was no sink water in the kitchen

Exceptional guest house in Pretoria!

Such friendly staff that really goes over and above to make sure that you have everything you need! Loadshedding light was a lifesaver! Highly recommended!

My stay was refreshing. I am thankful for the host and the staff they were all very friendly.

The breakfast was delicious and freshly made. The strong hot filter coffee made the morning. We had arranged for our breakfast to be ready at 07h00 and at 07h00 it was readily waiting for us and it helped cause we were going to be on the sports field all day.

The extraction fan in the bathroom made it a bit cold to bath, they should try set it up that it is only triggered after the shower/bath. And it is in winter. But the water was nice and hot. It is only that the air it caused made things slightly uncomfortable

Could not access the property due to delays in my estimating my arrival time. The property was not compromising, and worse on that unfortunate day, my car died, and forced to stay in Pretoria. It was stressful, it was load shedding, used Uber, and the telephone displayed at the property didn't work since my phone had died for me to reach owners. Upon having a terrible, the owners made it worse by not being compassionate to my situation

Private bathroom in the deluxe room and quiet area

The beds in room 2 were a bit uncomfortable. Especially towards the edges even when you just sit on them you could feel the springs inside. The other downside is that they do not have a contingency for loadshedding. You get only the portable light. That isn't that bright

Friendly, helpful and going the extra mile for us. We would definitely go there again.

We were met with such friendliness. They accommodated us with all the questions we had to get to and from our designated area. The breakfast was lovely. They really went the extra mile to ensure our stay was wonderful and it was. Thank you again for all the help and accommodating us with all our needs.

The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff were very much friendly and the owner super!!so genuine smile I felt welcome and felt very much at home.i loved the garden.the breakfast was always on point my daughter loved the French toast👌security is gd there.overal a 9/10

Load shading.just hope the facility can have back up power in the future.

Nice location with good security and very welcoming hosts. Everything was beautifully clean and comfortable, with lovely bedding and extra blankets provided. The hosts were very thoughtful and left a note with the loadshedding schedule for the area.

The fridge in my room was very noisy. I actually turned it off during the night - luckily I didn't have anything that needed to stay cold, otherwise it could have been a bigger issue.

Everything. Exquisite taste. The place looks exactly like in the photos.... Exact replica. We were speechless...Service from beginning to end. The staff is helpful and friendly. I will recommend Bosau guest house. Don't delay contact them today for the most pleasant stay. Wow!

1. The stuff especially Joy, she made sure our stay at the guest house was super comfortable. 2. Security 3. The room was so clean.

We were not allowed to play loud music in Our room and outside. We were allowed to talk loud in and out the room. To be honest that was the only boring part of the guest house. To many rules.
