A family-run place right on the edge of the old town. The twin room was spacious and had a small balcony with a clothesline, as well as access to an outdoor patio on the first floor. Really clean room and a nice, renovated bathroom. The owner was quite friendly and generous at breakfast - even included some homemade jam on the table :-)
The acoustics were unfortunately really bad. We could hear conversations from the other guests on the floor below ours, and every opening and slamming of doors both late at night and early in the morning.

We had a nice room with balcony and view over lower town and river. Reception, bar and breakfast area are all together and rooms are in a separate section. Pretty basic but clean and amply appointed. Very attentive staff. Extraordinary hostess helped with a travel change of plans and booking a bus which we could NOT have done as nonresident of Portugal! Above and beyond. Breakfast is served and included fresh scrambled eggs, melon, bread, meat, cheese, yogurt and coffee. Yummy and ample.
The glass shower doors leaked a bit onto the floor.

Somos recebidos pelos proprietários com um sorriso e simpatia extrema, a limpeza deste estabelecimento e dos quartos é imaculada. Pequeno almoço com: sumo natural, café, leite, chá, pão muito saboroso, ovos mexidos, fruta.

A very simple hotel with a clean and large room. The place is very well located in Odeceixe. The breakfast is good. Most of all, the lady who owns the place is very kind and helpful !
The room wasn't very well isolated from the sound coming from the other rooms...

Very kind and caring hosts, family type guesthouse, makes feel welcome and like at home.
Not proper for those who expect smth modern. At some point feels like this place needs some new touch ups.

Very friendly & polite host. Balcony to the front had a wonderful view.
We were a slightly disappointed by the offered breakfast. There was no buffet and the allocated portions on the table were quite spartan (small basket of bread, 2 slices of ham & cheese, butter & jam, slice of melon, small plain yogurt). As the property at this time of the year (May) was predominantly frequented by people hiking the Rota Vicentina, a more generous breakfast would be welcomed!

Our host was a super friendly lady who was quite chatty (in English) and made us feel very welcome. The bedroom and bathroom were both quite large. The breakfast was great (they have good coffee) and set us up well for a long day's walk. Good for walkers - there was a clothes line on a micro balcony.
The location was on the edge of town but still just a 5 minute walk into the town centre.

I booked a single room and as they were not fully booked I got a nice room with view and larger bed. The host was very friendly. Breakfast was included and absolutely sufficient.

Comfortable room and bed. Nice and quiet. Ideal location if you’re walking the Rota Vicentina OR for the number 74 bus stop if you feel like skipping a stage and getting to the next destination in comfort. There is a simple breakfast but if you want to get cracking earlier than the 8pm start, it’s not so great that you can’t give it a swerve.

The accommodation was comfortable. Our room was small but efficient. There were common areas (outdoor patio, indoor livingroom, and kitchen). The kitchen was fully equipped to allow us to make dinner and breakfast. The host provided tea, coffee, oils, vinegar, spices and oranges and lemons. Our bedroom was small, clean and warm (it was unseasonably cold when we stayed).

The general vibe of the hotel was nice, it was clean and easy to find. The shared courtyard was a nice space to relax. The owners were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was nice!
The bedrooms on the first floor were very noisy - we could hear normal conversations in the hallway, all sounds in the courtyard echoed loudly into the rooms, and we woke up each time a door opened or closed, and the plumbing was also noisy. The toilets in the room on the 2nd floor were quite smelly, and the automatic lights on the 2nd floor only go on once you're almost at the top of the stairs.
