About this house rental

Located in Bogense, this attractive house for $157 per night is a fantastic choice for your next trip. This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out. On a 16500 m² plot you will find this holiday cottage near the beach. The house needs exterior maintenance and upkeep of the terrace. On the large plot there are small, interconnected lakes and scattered vegetation that provide the best conditions for wildlife incl. deer, hares, pheasants, birds of prey and a lot of different species of birds. The cottage is furnished with a combined living/dining room with direct access to the terrace. Large kitchen with fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave oven. From one of the bedrooms there is access to a large mezzanine. From the living room there is access to another large mezzanine with 2 beds. There are two bathrooms in the house, both with shower cubicle. There are wooden floors in the dining/living room, and all the walls and ceilings are painted white. 50/50Mb internet. There is a practical scullery with sink and washer and dryer. The house is partly heated by solar energy that provide a large portion of the heat in the house. Approximately 100 m to the beach, from where you can see Bogense which is the nearest major town in the area. If you bring your own boat you can launch it approx. 250 m from the house. Layout: open kitchen(cooker(electric), hood, coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, freezer(60-99L), fridge-freezer, tumble dryer, washing machine), Living/bed room(TV(satellite, german television channels, danish TV channels (DR1 and TV2)), radio, high chair, chromecast), bedroom(double bed, children's bed), bedroom(double bed), bedroom(2x single bed), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), bathroom(floor heating)(bathtub or shower, washbasin, toilet), mezzanine(2x single bed), garage, heating(electric), terrace, BBQ, table football, solar energy, air to water heatpump These costs are mandatory and charged on site. They are not included in the rental price. Der Weg zum Haus ist sehr schlecht passierbar. Mit einem etwas tieferen Auto nicht zu befahren. Ausgewaschene Fahrrinne. Bei Regen kommt man nicht trockenen Fusses zum oder aus dem Haus. Ab Oktober haben alle Kaffee's geschlossen. Mit Hund kommt man in kein Restaurant, sofern es überhaupt geöffnet hat.

Bogense ist eine schöne dänische Kleinstadt mit einer tollen Marina. Das sollte für Reisende angeboten werden, die keine Events sondern absolute Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. / Leider stimmten die Bilder im Prospekt nicht mit der Realität überein. Angeboten wurde ein park ähnliches gepflegtes Grundstück - vorgefunden haben wir einen völlig verwilderten unzugänglichen Garten. Das Haus toll, droht aber ungepflegt zu verwahrlosen - das ist sehr schade.

Der Zoo in Odense ist sehr schön angelegt. Ebenso war der Tagen im Schloss Egeskov sehr schön. Und natürlich das Lego Land ist mit Kindern einen Besuch wert Von dem Ferienhaus bis zum Legoland sind es 1,5 Stunden Autofahrt für eine Strecke.

Außen: Die Fotos weichen vom aktuellen Zustand ab: Die Rasenfläche zum Meer gibt es nicht mehr (verwildert, daher ist auch der "Meerblick" vom Obergeschoss eingeschränkt), nutzbar wäre bei gemähtem Rasen der hintere kleine Teil des Grundstücks bis zum Teich, für uns nutzbar war aber nur die Terrasse (bis auf die Seite zum Meer, weil zugewuchert) Rasen-Aktivitäten also umsonst geplant. / Innen: schöner Kaminofen dem Haus/Preis nicht angemessen: Kühlschrank (laut), defekte Türklinke und WC-Spülung (Bad), Sofa, Soccer-Tisch / SUMME: eigentlich ein schönes Haus, Fotos aber abweichend, Zustand dem Preis nicht angemessen
