In order to ensure the lowest possible energy costs there is a pellet stove and air-to-air heat pump. The decor is bright, modern and tasteful. The large windows in the living rooms provide the best possible daylight throughout the day, while there is direct access to the terraces. For entertainment there is an activity room with billiards, table footbll and airhockey in a combination table, exercise bike and table tennis. Outdoors there is football goal and swings and sandbox. The plot is a large, open plot with excellent opportunities for outdoor activities such as playing with the kids, sunbathing or evening fun around the grill. From the house, garden and plot you have nice views of the countryside and the beautiful Fosdalen.
