Less than 200 feet!! This efficiency apartment is part of a quiet, ten unit, boutique vacation rental complex offering beautiful, modern, coastal apartments at a resort-style property with LESS THAN A ONE MINUTE WALK to the beach! Turn right - the famous Cocoa Beach Pier;Turn Left- rockets and cruise ships! Read over 1,800+ amazing 5-STAR reviews at the same location by clicking on our profile. Should you need anything while you are at Atlantic View Apartments "AVA Cocoa Beach", it is best to message us through the App on your phone or via e-mail. A text message will be sent to us from the App, so we can respond as quickly as possible. Usually, we will have someone onsite during the mornings. A quiet residential area within walking distance of the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, activities, and of course only steps to the beach. An electronic keypad with a unique 4 digit code is on the front door, so you can let yourself right in and start your vacation immediately! Also, no keys to take to the beach. There is one free assigned parking space per unit. This efficiency at AVA Cocoa Beach is VERY small (the kitchen, dining, and bed are all in one picture), but you can't beat the location!!! You'll enjoy the clean, modern, luxury feel of this unit so much you'll love the simplicity of having everything you need in a small space. This efficiency will give you the luxury you want to enjoy your vacation: quartz countertops, original art work, stainless steel appliances, shiny terrazzo and beautiful tile accents. We provide only high quality linens, and equip the apartment with a flat screen TV, small appliances such as blenders/coffee maker/toaster, etc., and cable TV and high speed internet. A very comfortable, quality Beauty Rest mattress is in this unit. There are two chairs and a table right outside the unit and nearby a beautiful deck with dining tables and a chat area under a pergola surrounded by lush landscaping and enchanting lighting at night. We have multiple grills, complimentary assigned parking, an onsite complimentary laundry room, a bike rack and an outdoor shower. We ALSO provide: beach towels, a beach bag, AND we even have a building dedicated to supplying complimentary beach wagons, chairs, coolers, and umbrellas!!! :) We have tried to think of everything you would want at a vacation rental, so you can truly relax. We are within walking distance to the Cocoa Beach Pier, great restaurants, shopping, and mini golf/tree climbing/zip lining! A car is the best way to get around Cocoa Beach, but if you don't have one there is plenty to do within walking, biking, or trolley ride distance. Uber is easily accessible or there is a car rental/bike rental place nearby and bike paths throughout Cocoa Beach. There is also a Cocoa Beach trolley service that runs Monday through Saturday from 7:00am to 9:00pm and on Sunday from 8:00am to 5:00pm from Port Canaveral to 13th Street in Cocoa Beach (passing right by McKinley 1 block west).

We stayed overnight. Got in around 7pm and left at 10am. While our stay wasn’t long, the bed was very comfortable. The environment quiet. You can’t ask for anything more.

Awesome location with easy access to the beach. Everything you need to enjoy a day at the beach was provided. The only downside for me was the shower size and water pressure. Room was smaller than I expected but didn't ruin a great trip.

The property owner went out of her way to explain the checkin and checkout procedure and even got new batteries for the TV I didn’t even use. She also made sure the Wi-Fi was working but I was off the grid so who needs Wi-Fi! Thanks for such great service.

I knew it was going to be small, but not THAT small. This would be ideal for smaller stature people, but for taller people like us, it was very cramped. Definitely will not book this unit or another studio unit in the future. Location was the best thing about it.

This place was fabulous! Walking distance to the beach, great options for sitting outside, shaded and the beach chairs and options were amazing. We would definitely stay here again when we cruise from port canaveral.

Wonderful experience at Winslow Reserve. Space is extremely clean and well cared for. Owners thought of everything to make the space and experience perfect. Used the outdoor grill and patio space daily as well as the beach gear. Appreciated the proximity to the water and even caught a night time viewing of a launch just steps away from Winslow Reserve. Booking and communication to owner was a breeze. Two thumbs up!

If you are looking to get away and stay close to the beach this is the place for you. Beach access right across the street, all the needed beach accessories supplied, IE: seats, cooler, umbrella and wagon. Stores and restaurants with in easy walking distance.

My husband and I wanted a place to go for our baby moon, we found Cocoa Beach and it blew away our expectations! The location of this property is ideal and so perfect to get to the beach, the pier, and places to eat! The room is small, like we expected, but it was perfect for us two! You can tell it is well taken care of. There is a room full of beach supplies as well that we took advantage of! The laundry room is very clean and the washer and driers are new. We will be back with our growing family!

Very nice property, well maintained. The rooms are small but for two people it's perfect for a quick weekend getaway. My only gripe was that I tried to communicate with the host via the VRBO portal and never got a response from them. Other than that, it was a very nice experience and I recommend this property.

Oonce. I figured out how to get in I was fine. Room code instructions could have been better. Essy once I spoke with anothrr guest. Property was dark when I got there 8:00 pm. Outside ofbthat, I thought the place was great.

Easy booking process and great communication. We loved the location. Steps away from the beach which was what we were looking for. Everything so close by that we parked the car on arrival and only used it once to go to breakfast. Would definitely return. Very clean and bed extremely comfortable. Only thing we could not quite work out was the AC but we were comfortable.

My husband and I were thoroughly impressed with our stay here. The rooms were extremely clean and comfortable, much nicer than any hotel. The area was quiet and relaxing and so close to the beach! They had everything we could need for the beach and more. Would definitely stay here again in the future.

We had a wonderful experience at this rental. The room we had was small, but it was exactly what we needed for 2 people. The room was fresh and well done, very convenient and very easy to walk to the beach. Very nice to have all of the beach items available for use. Not on the beach but very close. Would stay again.

We just returned from our stay. We were in town for a family memorial. This place was exactly as seen in the pictures, it was beautiful and very clean and perfect for our stay. I will keep this in mind again for when we visit and will highly recommend.

The property was in a great location - very short walk to the beach/pier. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing we would do differently next time is to upgrade to one of the larger rooms w/separate bedroom. The studio was a bit small for us. On-site manager was awesome as well!

We loved our stay at this property and we’re so pleased with how close to the beach it was. We took advantage of and totally appreciated all of the beach gear available. The space is utilized so well and we felt so fortunate to be there. We hope to stay again!
