Upstairs is the master bedroom with ocean view, king size bed & full bathroom attached, another full bathroom in the hallway, guest bedroom with 2 full-size beds. Bedrooms have new smart TVs with Cable plus Netflix, HULU and Amazon streaming (your account). The common area amenities include a coin laundry room, wifi hotspot, shuffleboard, tennis, gas grills, pool. Use of all common area amenities included in rental. Located directly on historic Hwy. We had a great time and spent a week in this unit. Love being able to go spend time at the beach, walk across the street and relax in the pool.
We have stayed in this condo complex many times and this unit is by far the best decorated and had really nice appliances in the kitchen.
We would definitely stay here again.

We have never visited Flagler Beach, and this was one of our favorite trips! Robert was very easy to work with and the residents were super nice. The onsite bldg mgr was a so nice too. The close proximity to the pool and beach were great and with a 15 and a13 yr old, it was perfect. We hope to be back again.

We love staying in Flagler beach. Ocean beach club 1 is a great place to stay. Awesome location and the people are always so friendly. Great balcony views of the ocean and the condo had everything we needed.

Best vacation We have had in years. The only thing I would change is the speed limit to 25mph on A1A in front of the property. Quiet and peaceful. 7 days went by too fast.

Great location beach right across the street, quick access to pool. Convient to restaurants and shopping. Condo has laundry room which is nice to have to easily accessible.

condo is very nice, comfortable and clean. View of ocean is incredible. We would come back here again. Owner is very nice, had some questions, emailed him through VRBO and his respond was quicker than expected. Thank you, Robert

We always enjoy coming to Flagler, and we had another great visit! The views from this condo (and any other) at Ocean Club 1 are so relaxing. We would visit 205 again!

Not a very crowded part of Flagler. Next to a state park (we went kayaking there).

Great location, short drive to town. The sand was very different, tons of shells though! Great view from the balcony. Beds and couches comfortable. 1st floor you have to walk up the stairs, but there is an elevator on second floor. Thank you for having us!

THIS IS A GREAT LOCATION RIGHT ON THE BEACH WITH A GREAT VIEW! It was spacious for our family of 4 and allowed us to bring our dog too! The VRBO contact was extremely responsive and was great to work with.

The property was great. Our only problem was that we did not know there were two identical buildings and went to the wrong one initially, causing some confusion. Once we sorted that out all was great.

This is an ideal location for couples with small children. Im a senior with back issues traveling with my stair phobic dog so the steps to get to the condo from the parking lot and the upstairs/downstairs layout of the unit posed some challenges. But, if you’re able bodied I’d recommend without hesitation- clean, well stocked, with a super responsive local agent.

We had a wonderful week at the beach for this very untraditional Thanksgiving. The view was fabulous and it was so nice to be able to have our fur babies with us! Thank you so much for allowing that! Flagler Beach is really quaint and nice! And the condo allowed us to come and go without being in contact with others with its outdoor entrance. We only used the elevator for moving in. Definitely a place we will consider returning to!

Had to climb 14 cement steps to get to first floor for an elevator. With suitcases and bags it was intolerable. Keypad out of order and no manager on site--had to spend an hour in blistering heat to get a neighbor to help. Not very clean. Fans full of dust, pot holders, baking pans and coffee pot all stained. Not happy at all.

If you have never traveled to Flagler Beach, then you are missing out, and if you have but not stayed in the south end you have really missed out. This property is a perfect family location. Safe, secure and wonderful ocean views (being right across from the ocean with nothing to obstruct the view sure helps). Unit was clean, in great shape, and perfect for our relaxing vacation. Already planning our next trip back.
