This beautiful home takes advantage of spectacular ocean views from almost every room! The large great room on the main floor is open to the kitchen and dining room, making the home perfect for families. Enjoy your morning coffee or a glass of wine at sunset on the deck overlooking Twin Rocks. The main level includes a suite with a spa-like bathroom, walk-in shower and double vanities. A second bedroom and bathroom on the main floor is perfect for those who don't like stairs. The lower level includes a second great room and kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, sink and dishwasher. Step out on the patio and watch the waves while you soak up the sea air. There's a second bedroom suite with a deck and views of Cape Meares The suite has a private bathroom and walk in closet. Two additional bedrooms and a bathroom on this level accommodate more guests. Hop on the Oregon Coast Scenic Train at the bottom of the hill or shop for taffy and t-shirts. Or just walk on the beach and enjoy the ocean and a meal at one of the many restaurants. Drive a few minutes South to the Tillamook Cheese Factory or visit many coastal towns nearby.

Perfect for a friends get-together. We’ve stayed on the beach previously, but all agreed that the expansive views and ample space in this house were superior (it was close enough to drive down and catch a beach sunset).

This was our second time staying at this VRBO. We have a group of 4 friends that take an annual trip to the Oregon Coast. We stayed at this house last year and loved it so much we stayed again last week. We each have our own bedroom and bathroom. And there is a 5th bedroom with 2 beds as well. The house has an amazing view of the ocean from the living room, kitchen/dining room as well as at least 3 of the bedrooms and the nice balcony. The house has pretty much everything you need. Kitchen has dishes, cooking utensils, appliances, microwave, coffee maker, pots and pans, spices, zip lock bags etc. Mona was very responsive and so nice. We highly recommend this VRBO.

The house was a wonderful for our family of eight, and 3 extras that arrived for a day of fun and sleepover at the beach! Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone, and loved that there was a dining table big enough to seat us all! The view was fabulous and close enough to the beach, Tillamook, and many other cites to keep everyone happy! Thank you for a great stay!

Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfy. Plenty of space. Cozy inside temp. Nice bathrooms & towels. Plenty of extras like toilet paper and paper towels which we appreciated. The front and backyard could use some weed clean-up for curb appeal. But the inside of the house was very clean and lovely. Plenty of space for our family to spread out. Breathtaking view. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our group has been coming to the coast in August for years and likes to stay in different areas. This house was a wonderful space for all of us and the location is amazing. Views for ever and it was fun to watch the train go through town. The kitchen was well equipped and things easily accessible. I would highly recommend this house for large families and groups.

This beautiful house was perfect for us. We had our 88 year old grandmother that has spent a lot of time in Rockaway with us. She absolutely loved sitting at the window looking out at the ocean and twin rocks.
We loved the workout the hill climb gave us! LOL
The house had everything we needed to feel at home.

The property was very lovely and spacious. It looked exactly how it appeared in the pictures which is always a good thing. Mona was very responsive when we had questions about things. If I had to give any constructive feedback I would just say maybe a little more attention to cleaning details. There was quite a few cobwebs and spiders in various places. The shower in the hallway downstairs seems a bit clogged or slow draining and one garage door is inaccessible so if 4 cars were staying it might be a little problem. Also maybe having a swiffer wet jet available might be nice to be able to mop the floor if needed and also a iron and ironing board.
Overall regardless of my suggestions, this place is great and I’d stay again for sure.

We enjoyed sitting outside on the deck, every morning, looking at the beautiful ocean view and scenery. The house is incredibly spacious and well appointed. It was great having four full bathrooms for people to have their own space.
The only drawback was the steep hill down to town which restricted a quick walk to town to get a bite to eat or something. Also, a full-size grocery store is a 20 minute drive in either direction.
The owner was very responsive to the few questions we had.

Lots of room for six adults and one bedroom not used so very roomy. Downstairs has its own large refrigerator, washer dryer and living space as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It is up on hill over looking town and ocean. Quaint train runs through down. Nice flat beach. Antiquing and lots of things nearby. Really A plus facilities

We had a wonderful time is this beautifully appointed home. So relaxing to enjoy a cup of coffee or chat with family while taking in the beautiful view. The home is spotless, cozy yet spacious, comfortableand restful seahore/ocean decor, and has a great layout for enjoying time together. The location is super quiet

Beautiful, spacious house with amazing views. Windy and steep road up to the house but the views make up for it. Kitchen was very well equipped. I would definitely book again at this house. It was a bummer that the gas fire place didn’t work.

We all really enjoyed the views and the house has lots of space. The beds are not your standard queen, they seem more like full beds, so not a lot of room for 2 adult people. Would be nice to have TV in bedrooms and a night stand next to beds. Kitchen could use some updates on utensils, but overall a good trip. THank you

This house was amazing. 5 Bedroom 4 whole bath and so extremely spacious! I had guests coming and going from
Friday until Monday and we agree this is the best house ever! The view was spectacular. We BBQ'd, bought wood for the little fire pit, but never got around to lighing it, cooked watched TV, slept. It was the best birthday gathering i have ever had.
Thanks to Mona for getting me all the info I needed, and the house provided all that we needed too, and then some. We will want to rent this property again for another get together!

From the moment we entered the property it was one of those special places places where the pictures just don't do it Justice. From the size of the rooms to the entire layout of the home and the absolutely gorgeous view, we couldn't have asked for more. I would stay here again in an heartbeat. I can't say enough good things, book it, you won't regret it!

Everything with the house was awesome. Has a couple of beach chairs and kids beach toys in garage. The first night the nieghbor was drunk and not happy to have a VRBO for a neighbor. There were no issues outside the first night when he did not like four cars driving in.

We loved our stay in Rockaway Beach!! This home has breathtaking views!! The home was clean & comfortable! Spacious floor plan. Large kitchen with nice dining area. It was so nice to sit on the balcony and enjoy listening to the waves crash on the beach. Mona was easy to communicate with. Would definitely stay here again!!

The home was way more than we even expected. We would get up early and stay up late just to sit by the huge windows and admire the view. After our days out adventuring we were never disappointed to cook dinner in the well stocked kitchen. We are from the east coast and hope to enjoy the home again one day!

This is a gorgeous multiple million dollar home. The view of the beach is seen in every room in the upstairs. Cleanliness was cleaner than my own home. (I'm very picky). Everything you can think of is available in this home. The only thing that we didn't do right, is book this house for more than 4 days! We WILL be booking again next year.

This is a gorgeous multiple million dollar home. The view of the beach is seen in every room in the upstairs. Cleanliness was cleaner than my own home. (I'm very picky). Everything you can think of is available in this home. The only thing that we didn't do right, is book this house for more than 4 days! We WILL be booking again next year.

The kitchen is adequately outfitted for the most part. There is a need for various sized mixing bowls (plastic?) and some Tupperware or
similar storage for leftovers. There is a Keurig unit, but our crew will not go with anything that produces that much plastic garbage. We used the french press provided, but could really have used a drip coffee maker.
The only other suggestion I would have for improvement is that we felt that the welcome notebook needed some fleshing out. There should be some kind of instruction about what is available from the television service provided. What is available, how you access what is available, and a typed/printed set of instructions and channels would be a good addition.

We had an outstanding weekend and the property played a great part in it. Everything was clean and in new condition. Lots of comfortable seating for hanging out and the bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. The view is spectacular and we all are ready to come back another time.

A group of family came to go charter fishing, unfortunately the fishing trip was canceled due to bad weather
We ended up spending a lot of time together at the property. The property handled all 11 of us with no issues and we had lots of fun together
