Apartment was clean.

There was a musty smell and trash, old mattresses and an old refrigerator on the sidewalk outside front door.

Location close to stadium & city centre. Parking permit provided on request. Tower fans in both bedrooms.

It stated it sleeps 6, there were only 2bedrooms, sofa beds being in those 2 rooms as well as double bed. Very awkward situation for couples.. Suggestion of maximum occupancy of 4 people . We were contacted after we arrived to say we had to vacate room an hour earlier than stated in confirmation email & welcome pack, this was sorted out after communicating with owner. All rooms were dusty, cobwebs in each room, again owner informed. Photos are of sofa bed that was being used & shelf holding glasses. The website states that the Caerphilly suite rooms are en-suite, they are not. There is no living room only a small space on entering the suite, no seating area apart from chair in the bedrooms.

The property was decorated to a very high standard. The beds were extremely comfy and the location was good. Everything you needed and a nice little touch by the host of milk and snacks.

Great location with parking (if you manage to get a space) everything provided from shampoo & conditioner to milk and Popcorn

Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Rooms were great, with lots of nice touches. Very short walk to stadium and surrounding pubs and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Well located for our visit to Cardiff, unfortunately poor weather meant an early return on our second day. The property was clean and very tidy with the provision of fresh milk and snacks appreciated. Good liaison with the owner and very helpful parking permit for the street outside.

We were surprised to find a large area of penetrating damp in the bathroom with a rusty staining. Firmnesss of beds is a personal thing and the mattress could be made more comfortable with a topper. The pillows were also too firm for us.

Easy access with keys and easier with bags as ground floor plus plenty of room in apartment.

No parking permit so had to park 8mins walk away.

Due to location front room with sofa bed a bit noisy at night. It smelt a bit stale on arrival, although was very clean. Maybe some sort of room fragrance would help?

Check in and check out are both super easy and clearly explained by the host. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom a treat with its strong natural light, clever wood finishes and very glam shower. I enjoyed the local insights provided in the reading material the host provided - both the info about the property and the books in the apartment. Thank you for the tea selection, the fresh milk and the snacks. Thank you also for allowing us to drop our luggage prior to official check-in.

The carpet in the lounge felt like it could do with a deep clean.

It was clean. Key entry system worked well. Good location for the principality stadium and car park was close by although expensive.

The kitchenette was the hallway and consisted of a microwave, a fridge and bowls. There were no washing up facilities which was not very good. There was no communal space and the bedrooms were very small for 3 people to sleep. The sofa beds were very uncomfortable and the rooms were very hot despite having fans. We had to leave the window open which meant the road noise at the front was horrendous. Constant traffic on a very busy road. Barely slept at all. Not a great experience.

Really good location for the principality stadium. The property is nicely decorated, albeit quite dark. The owners were very helpful and friendly and the parking for one car outside was really convenient. The snacks were a nice touch.

We paid £400 for one night to stay for a gig at principality stadium which was extortionate. The second bed had to be made up by us but if it had been done prior it would have been very cramped on arrival.

The place is excellent! Very comfortable and clean, walking distance to most Cardiff attractions. Steve was very helpful. A few days before he sent me the orientations for the check-in and everything worked perfectly Really recomend this acomodation.

location was excellent for the city centre, access to the property was very well organised and the room/suite itself was comfortable. in addition the hosts had sorted out teas and coffees and even some snacks!

Only very slight issue was the lighting was a little dim in the second bedroom for doing make up!

Fantastic location for all amenities in Cardiff, clean and tidy apartment. Excellent communication from hosts.
