Exceptional

I can definitely reccommend this location. U can find here everything you will need: Squeaky clean swimming pool and flat, all beach accessories like blanket, sun Umbrella, things for kids, sun beds at the swimming pool, towels, all kitchen equipment you can think about, washing machine, hairdyer ect. Air condition works very well. If you are looking for a place to rest somewhere far away from other ppl, noises and all disturbances, this one is for you 🙂 there are some restaurants, shop ect. in a walking distance, but if you want to spend some time on the beach or visit other cities, i advise to rent a car. Hosts are so kind and helpful and u can find them literally nex door. Don't hesitate to book this flat! (It's perfect for a couple or a family with 1 child.)

Best place this side of the island

Absolutely the best place to stay. Great hosts, stunning pool, beter that in most hotels. Quiet and very private. We loved every minute of our stay.

We don't like softer beds but that is more of a personal thing. Is it a minus, no. Just a preference.

A perfect holiday just before the season begins

The place is exceptionally clean and well-equipped — we found everything we could ever need at Pat and Peter's place, including table games. It's a perfect spot for a relaxing holiday and you can feel how much love the hosts put into caring for the apartment. We will return.

Home from Home

Pat and Peter where very very helpful and friendly. They could not do enough for us from start to finish. Will definitely return. Apartment was amazing and very well equipped. Walk out your patio doors and wow, your at the pool. Area is outstanding.👍👍👍

A perfect location for the small village of Peyia, and close to coaral bay with plenty of restaurants and bars.

Fantastic villa. very well presented, spotlessly clean, well equipped and comfortable accommodation. pool area is clean and quiet ideal for a perfect get away.

perfect place !!!!

the flat is perfect. it's a butifful little home whit a butifful garden and pool. we had everything in the flat for kooking and for laundry.and we enjoyed staying there. Peter and pat the owners are great!!!! imidiatlly we felt like family. i recommend whit all my heart.

Everything was exceptional, we would love to come back again in summer! 🥰

This apartment exceeded our expectations! And the owners were very friendly, very good lovely people and helped us with everything we needed during our stay. It had literally everything you need. All kind of cleaning stuff, dish soap, a variety of kitchen utensils, towels for the pool, for bath, for the kitchen, salt/pepper/oil etc, it had all the basic things you need in an apartment and you don’t need to buy them just for few days. Everything was clean, the apartment smelled very nice and there were clean new sun beds inside our apartment for our use only and we enjoyed sunbathing. The view was lovely, beautiful clean pool and at night there were cute lights at our yard and at the pool. The bed was big and comfy, there is Netflix on the TV at the living room and cute candles for a romantic night. Both airconditions were working well and kept the apartment warm. WiFi was working well, we didn’t have any problem.

Everything was perfect, only thing is that there wasn’t hot water for long to fill the bathtub or we just didn’t know how to correctly use the device that warms the water. It was enough to take hot showers so we didn’t ask about it.

Apartment With Everything You Need

The apartment is a great option for a family. We found there everything we might need during the vacation - it was one of the best-equipped apartments we have ever stayed in. The place was very nicely prepared for our arrival, we rate the cleanliness very highly. We never had a problem parking the car. The best part is the terrace located directly by the pool. Usually, we were the only users of the pool which was kept very clean. We also appreciate the guide prepared by the owners - it helped us a lot in choosing restaurants and attractions. We recommend and one day we will come back there. Thank you!

peaceful and relaxing Appt would stay as good location.

The complex very peaceful and well maintained lovely pool area.

The property initially was hard to locate and we had to phone owner in Poland before we could locate it..as nowhere did it state Coral Home just Leptos appts. The appt appeared clean but on the surface..when we had paid €100..also limited equipment..just one tea towel and one toilet roll..old food left in cupboard..no bin in kitchen area so had to use cupboard box..limited plates which were really small not dinner size..

Overall a lovely apartment and location on the complex by the poolside quiet and relaxing

The accessibility for the swimming pool

There could have been more crockery cutlery there was no cork screw which we purchased and left at the apartment a bbq out side would be nice The directions for access to the apartment were not very clear as it took us over half hour to find it and we had to phone the contact who had to come out and we followed her to the place as it was late at night and very dark
