Schöner ruhiger Hinterhof, Zimmer mit kleinem Tisch, Stuhl und Regal ausgestattet.
Ventilator vorhanden.
Es war schwierig mit der Dame von der Rezeption ins Gespräch zu kommen. Rückfragen zu Ausflügen konnte sie nur schwer oder gar nicht beantworten.

La dueña es súper gentil, nos atendió muy amablemente.
El baño en común es limpio y tiene un patio interior que se puede utilizar para desayunar etc.
Cerca del centro y de todos tipos de restaurantes
Debido al calor hubiera sido mejor un aire acondicionado en lugar del ventilador

This is a good place for a cheap stay. The location is a bit out of the way from the center of town and some other sights, but if you're okay walking it works well. Staff was nice and helpful. AC worked well.
The location felt a bit uncertain at night, so I wouldn't do a ton of walking around after dark. Shower curtain doesn't cover the whole shower, so it's easy to make the floor very wet. Wifi was spotty but decent enough.

Good place to rest. Very clean. 15 min walking from the city center . 5 min walking from the Mercado. Fair price. The owner was kind enough to make me do the check in early in the morning because it was raining so much.

Extremely simple and clean, no nonsense place in a convenient area. Very good wifi. Spotless. amazingly quiet. Well managed and professional.
The area is safe and quiet but not particularly close to anything. But Santa Cruz is a bit like that anyway.

Very clean, quiet, good location
The owner didn’t really make us feel welcome. It was crazy hot in the room so we barely slept.

The owner is nice and helpful. She arranged an early morning taxi to the airport for us, for very reasonable price.
- The beds are rock hard, uncomfortable.
- The owner let you pay the commission of Booking.com, so you pay more than in your reservation is state.
- A room with fan but without air con is lake a sauna.

Good location, the hotel is very clean.
Unfortunately we were forced (explanations didn't help) to pay the booking fee of booking.com that is supposed to be payed by the hostel. Afterwards I saw in the reviews that I was not the only one - it's the general and very unjust practice by this hotel. So be prepared to pay more than stated in your reservation. After I expressed my objection (but I still had to pay more if I wanted to stay in the Hostel), the owner lady till the end of our stay was very rude. Apart from that the mattress was very uncomfortable.
