About this condo rental
Anchorage Place consists of two apartments - The downstairs apartment is available for rental and has all the facilities a family needs for a home away from home. There are 2 bedrooms: - BR 1 - Queen bed - BR 2 - A set of bunks and a single bed sleeps 3 children - Each bed provided with doona, pillow and spare blankets - Guests to provide sheets, pillow cases, towels and bathmat - these can be supplied for an extra charge. Please note that we require a minimum booking of 2 nights. Fully equipped kitchen/dining area: - Oven/Cooktop - Microwave - Fridge - Toaster - Electric Jug - Coffee Machine - All Utensils/Crockery/Cutlery Living area: - TV/DVD/Stereo - 3 comfy couches - Reverse Cycle Air Conditioner Bathroom/Laundry - Washing Machine - Dryer - Shower - Toilet Entertaining Area - Complete with dining setting and shade sail - BBQ Linen sheets, pillowcases, towels and bathmat can be provided for an extra charge of: Queen Package (Queen sheets & 2 bath towel) - $35 Single Package (Single sheets & 1 bath towel) - $30 We provide bathmat, hand towels and tea towels plus pillowslips and doona covers. Please note that we do not accept the following: - Groups of adults e.g. schoolies, sports teams etc - Pets

Cozy and quiet place, close to the beach. Host was warm and inviting.
Only negative was the smell inside the home but nothing some air freshners couldnt fix.
Overall had a great experience and would visit again.

The home is fine. Kids beds were very uncomfortable so we had to use the spare blankets to try and add cushioning. Queen bed was comfortable. Good location which is nice and close to town.

My friends and I had a terrific time staying here. It is very close to the beach and was very well kept when we arrived. The owners are absolutely lovely as they were easy to contact and communicated promptly with us regarding our concerns. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a cozy environment close to the beach!

Lovely holiday home which is well suited for families. Location is great and you got an you need, only downside though is the ongoing construction work at the neighbouring property.

I stayed here because of the good reviews. I must be fussier than others because upon entry, there was a musty smell to the place. There were also cobwebs and a few too many spiders for my liking. The bathroom also looked old and outdated.
I actually didn't like the place at all and booked another place to stay in. It was a huge disappointment and waste of money.

great location, quiet spot close to the beach, spacious lounge/kitchen/dining area. Off street parking, nice private backyard area. This place was better than our expectation would not hesitate to stay here again & I hope we do.

We stayed here in the high of summer, and it was a ten minute drive from everything, with a short walk/drive to the beach (which was much nicer and quieter than Cowes). The place, while not fancy, had everything we needed. Not having internet was fine as we knew this in advance, however mobile reception was absolutely terrible, no fault of the owners, just something to be aware of. Would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay, the place was perfect for the 2 of us.
Having so many movies to watch and games to play was fabulous.
There were quite a few spiders around the house which we could handle with the provided bug spray, and having construction work next door was a bit frustrating - not the properties fault just worth noting.
Communication was great, Alisa was very welcoming and accommodating.
Great location, really close to a nice quiet beach.
Would definitely stay here again.

Alisa is lovely and the property is very conveniently located, close enough to everything and the right distance away for that spacious feel. We enjoyed the space and the mattress was very comfortable. Thank-you

Host Alisa was very helpful. Property in good condition, comfortable and included all we needed for our stay. We brought extra little things like toilet rolls, but not needed.

It actually pretty great place even it's just myself at the time when I stayed. It feels very cozy and homey. It's not far from a general store.
While it doesn't have Wi-Fi, it found it to be a plus to unwind. Even has Bookshelf if you are into reading.

We had a great experience at Alisa's apartment! She was always quick to answer any of our questions, the property was clean and tidy, conveniently located 500m from the beach. The neighborhood is super quiet, it's a very affordable accommodation for Philip Island!
Phone reception was low and there's no Wi-Fi, but I could get some when I was on the street.
We'll be back!

Well appointed house with room for 7 guests and off street parking. Great if you're travelling to the GP. Very happy with this property.

The house delivered beyond what I expected. The attention to making everything clear and easy. I loved that remotes had a basket, books and DVDs were included, the house smelt clean. The price was so cheap for the quality of the house. I would come again without hesitation. Thank you. :)

Lovely home, very comfortable. Good location.
Minimal phone reception in area and no wifi.
House hadn't been cleaned properly and there was some rubbish under the bed and things from last people who stayed there left behind.

we stayed in this flat for 2 nights, with the strong musty smell and we could not get rid of the smell even though we tried to open all the windows and doors. Very disappointed as the flat is still in good condition, it's just the musty smell that ruined our holidays.
