We enjoyed our stay. The owner communicated very well and was very responsive. The unit is located about 4 blocks from the beach. The neighborhood was a little sketchy but we didn't experience any issues. There are several stores located near by. I'd say they are in walking distance but I like to walk. The unit was an upstairs unit so i constantly worried that my toddler was making too much noise. The unit was quaint. The bathroom could have used a more thorough cleaning but it wasn't dirty. I enjoyed our stay and wouldn't be opposed to staying again. The owner did a great job of ensuring that she provided just about anything we needed for our stay.

We needed an overnight place to sleep in the area and this property was great for just that. It was easy to book, get instructions and stay without issue. There are rules to follow, but they are reasonable and understandable. It was clean and as described. The TV doesn't get many channels, if that matters to you. There are streaming apps or you could prepare to use your own device to the TV as a monitor.

Very good area make sure u just drive to the beach if u have a bit to carry (tiny hike). Makes a dif if ur stuff is heavy but the place is very nice the a.c. is off as soon as u get in so make sure to turn it on because it'll take a min to cool her down *top floor* but once she's chilled down it's great. Had a really nice time beds are very comfy

Cheree was very accessible and responsive to questions and requests. Kitchen and bath supplies made stay comfortable, and allowed us to do home cooked meals for our military son. Walk to beach is lovely fairly close. Easy parking right outside unit. Unit is on second floor.
