L’hôtel est bien situé pour visiter la ville de Menton.

Personnel accueillant et bonne situation géographique.

Une seule chose, l’évier de la salle de bain était bouché, mais on nous à offert de changer de chambre, ce que nous avons fait.

Well located spot. Hudge balcony to enjoy the view

We enjoyed very friendly welcome. Location guarantees great balcony views. Junior suit was of great size, light colors. Bed was firm and had double pillows. Bathroom had also access to balcony and hence also natural light. Window blindes made sleeping great. Beach is 2 minutes away and U express shop 3 minutes distance. Old town is at walking distance, Botanical garden around the corner! We recommend old town restaurant Tony.

Some fresh salad at the breakfast would light up whole selection.

Great spot, beware of all the extras

The location was perfect, 10 minute walk straight to the centre-ville. The beach directly across the road. Jean-Philippe was very helpful.

Was told no parking available and it must be reserved when we arrived. Lady at front desk said "we are so full for parking" and you need a reservation. We were forced to find street parking which took 20 minutes and had to walk in the blistering 38c with all the bags back to the hotel to find out that there were no cars in the parking all night. Not a happy customer. The next day a different member of staff happily got us a parking spot and told us it was never full in the first place. She also provided some helpful advice on directions. Fridge did not work the full 3 days so we had to fill the bathroom sink with ice to keep the food and drink cool. Ground floor room next to the public toilet. Too small for a family of 4. Disappointed. Was told there was tea and coffee available. After 3 teas and 2 coffees we were billed 15 euros extra. Did not know there was a fee for that. Just beware of any extras...most come with a fee.

Excellent Menton location

Walking distance along the promenade to old town a good experience and the beach just across the road. Private parking a real plus and only E10 per day.

No air con apparently it does not happen until 19 June!! It was swelteringly hot and the loud busy road meant you could not keep doors open to get cool st night.

menton was lovely and the hotel was a good price but I wouldn’t stay again.

good location, lovely balcony

no air con before June 15th!!!! what a joke. very very warm in the room at night, struggled to sleep. couldn’t open balcony doors due to noise of road and mosquitos. asked for a fan but they didn’t have any. very poor in terms of air con. staff were pleasant ish.

this is probably a nice hotel most of the time. everyone has bad days, and I think we just happened to land on one.

the property is in a very good location with lovely views of the med. the on-site parking was fantastic (you must pre-book). comfy bed and pillows ok.

we think they may have been having a bit of a bad day. the wifi did not work at all. it looked as though someone was working on it. the room aircon temp could not be changed as was not ideal, despite there being a sign saying it could be. the room phone did not work.

The location of the hotel was great. A lovely walk along the promenade to restuarants for dinner. Parking was on the street, but easy, could be more difficult in busy times.

Room and bathroom were good. Nice balcony with sea view.

We paid 10€ per person for our breakfast and it was very poor. nothing to eat so it’s basically coffee and 1 croissant.

the location was excellent . Nice walk to the center where the Fete de Citron was.

there was parking for which you must pay but you 're not given a card or key to open the gate and must get out each time and go in and get the opener, They said they have only one. This makes no sense to me. Also, there is no light over the sink which makes shaving or applying makeup difficult, And the towel heater could not be turned off so the bathroom was too hot. I think it needs to be fixed.

we had a junior suite with balcony and sea view so it was perfect! Busy main road but noise not an issue at night with the electric shutters making it blackout also! super comfortable bed too

Disgusting: money thrown away, spoiled mood, dirt, stench and without Internet.

A very, very professional receptionist, Laura, and the maid of room 21, who, despite the fact that she was completely exhausted by the amount of work, still tried to help us in everything.

It's just an endless nightmare, for which I had to pay over 130 euros, and in low season! We booked this supposedly "hotel" only because of the availability of private parking, as a result, only constant problems and dirt, there is no parking, although for this money, or even 30-40% cheaper, you can get really good clean hotels in Nice, Cannes and here in Menton. 1. Lack of parking. The main description states "private parking", far below in the "living conditions" that need to be opened separately, there is "reservation required". Usually in hotels for 130 euros per day for a simple double room — 130 euros in low season !! — the staff asks if parking is needed. Here they are too lazy to do it, and I wrote the day before that parking is absolutely necessary, this is a fundamental condition. In response: "there are no seats, we have 6 parking spaces for 22 rooms." Why is it not listed anywhere??!! To tear up money, as for a 4 * + hotel can, to provide the declared amenities — no. As a result, I had to drag my luggage from the public parking lot opposite, where they barely found a place. In 20 minutes, we saw two homeless people, two quarreling drunks and a group of African-Arab teenagers with beer and not only looking for something in standing cars. Our car costs almost 150,000 euros, and we didn't want to leave it unattended in such a place at all. We were wildly nervous until we found a normal guarded parking lot. 2. Useless and unprofessional receptionist who was on duty after lunch and in the evening on September 21. When we dragged our luggage to the reception, there were no apologies for the lack of parking and unreliable, absolutely incomplete information. There is also no possibility to park the car on the street near the entrance to the hotel, by the way — everything is clogged on all sides of both carriageways.
