A lovely home!

A beautiful little home within walking distance of the beach. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the coquis each night. The inside is very nice as well. The couch was very comfortable! We loved all the windows and the balcony sunlight.

There was no AC in one of the rooms (with the two beds). An extra fan was provided but even with that fan and the ceiling fan it was 80 degrees in there. I would have opened windows but didn’t want anything creeping in with our child sleeping in there. The landlord was very friendly. However, I did not receive prior communication at all with any instructions. I had to call during our dinner out to determine location of our house and instructions for getting inside. On top of that we could only pay through Zelle or cash. We had a long day and trying to download the app and connect to bank and everything was a bit annoying. All of this hassle would be cleared with clear instructions prior to arriving at the house. But again, we appreciated the home and the friendliness of owner.

Domek w świetnej lokalizacji, z parkingiem. Bardzo przestronny salon z wygodną sofą.

Gospodarz powitał nas osobiście. Dom bardzo ładny, dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, mały ogródek na tyłach, pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji. Parking na posesji. Pierwszy raz usłyszeliśmy w nocy żabę coqui, nie bądźcie zaskoczeni :)

Na ciepłą wodę w kranie trzeba było długo czekać, myliśmy się w zimnej wodzie. Na łóżku pod prześcieradłem szeleszczące foliowe zabezpieczenie materaca, bardzo niekomfortowo się spało.

Love the location, close to the beaches! We had 12 people in our group & there was plenty of room for all of us!! Hosts were great! ❤️ When we come back definitely will check & see if this is available.

Has potential however needs some TLC

Hey communicative host.

During my stay at the rental home, I found the location to be quite pleasant and the check-in process was straightforward. The hosts were impressively responsive and communication was smooth. However, there were notable issues that affected our experience. We encountered the inconvenience of dealing with deceased roaches and were surprised by the mismatch between the advertised sofa bed's capacity and its actual suitability for an adult. It was disappointing to discover that there were no extra sheets, blankets, or towels provided for any of the beds or occupants. The condition of the home also left much to be desired, as evidenced by deteriorating closet doors and a worn countertop. The loft bed posed a safety concern, as it seemed on the verge of toppling over when even slightly shaken. The overall outdated state of the home was evident through various aspects, including a couch with visible staples and a sinking structure. Hygiene was also an issue, with a leaking toilet and a less-than-clean shower, compounded by the general lack of cleanliness in the living space, particularly the floors. Washer and dryer as listed were not in working condition. In sum, the rental home's condition and amenities fell short of expectations, largely due to its outdated and poorly maintained state.

The beds was dirty, sand in the beds, bedsheets was torn, towels smelled bad, the toilette was leaking. Very poor cleaning in this facility

Accessibility to beach, little bars, supermarket. Good relax.

Parking space. There's should be instructions of Parking space and how cars should be park. We had to leave the car outside

Simple digs, great location.

Great location! We had a hard time with the locks to get the keys out, but if we had arrived during the daylight it probably would have been fine. Location is awesome, and the apartment was fine.

The bunk bed was pretty wobbly, and I couldn’t figure out how to get hot water, but it was so hot outside I didn’t care too much.

Near the water.

Cockroaches everywhere in this house. The owner claims it to be impossible, so I sent 10+ photos all over the house. She said they must have come with us even though they were climbing out of the fridge and from under the cook top. We had only been in the house for a few hours at this point. We slept in the car until the next morning, at which point we booked a hotel. She then refused to refund the booking even though it was uninhabitable.

Good, cozy place for long beach walks

Check-in went well and smooth. We were able to pay by Venmo which was easy and uncomplicated. The location is amazing. It is a nice and calm place to be. The host is very cooperative. We were able to extend our check-out time, as my son had his online University entrance test exactly during check-out time. Wifi was working fine too. (he got his acceptance letter :-), so the place brings luck too!)

The cleaning lady was somewhat unpatient the last day.

Great location by a beautiful beach

It was so close to a beautiful beach. It also had on site parking.

Property was very dated. Tons of stray cats trying to get in the door every time we opened it. Only allowed to pay through zelle.

Location is good, but that is all

The location is good. We were able to get to the rainforest, the beach, Fajardo, and San Juan in very little time. There are also good restaurants in the area.

The place needs major updating. The cabinets in the kitchen are falling apart. The dishes were a mixed mess of some clean and some not clean items. I was glad I didn't need to cook anything and only needed to reheat items. There is only A/C in 2 of the bedrooms and the living room. However, the A/C in the second bedroom wasn't working. The beds were very uncomfortable. The one in the master was solid hard, sank in the middle, and had a plastic mattress protector that held your body heat and crinkled everything you moved. The beds in the other 2 rooms were just as bad. The windows in the bedrooms were just screens with metal shutters, so you heard every single noise outside. They do have bath towels available, but no beach towels for use. They only provided one roll of toilet paper. Also, they did not contact me in advance with check-in instructions. I had to contact them and send them payment through PayPal to get the keys. It was a very strange process. Overall, it did the job, but it was over priced for what we got and I would not stay here again.

100 m to the beach.

Supossed to be two houses. It was one with 2 floors with separate entrances. It looked like noone cleaned it from ages. Rusty refrigerator. No hot water. I was assured someone will wait for us to pass the keys. There was noone, no keys. Wrong telephone number in booking description. Finally rude property owner. Arrived at 10 p.m. to collect cash. No welcome, no thank You. He did not care about anything. Strongly do not recommend it!

The amenities listed was not true, but the location was great.

The location was great close to the beach.

The air conditioner in one room leaked water so 2 of the rooms was hot, not extra bags, it was stated that the place had washer and dryer and both were broke down. The downstairs apartment had large amount of ants.

I was disappointed and will not be staying here again.

The property is walking distance to the beach.

The facilities were outdated and needed some tender loving care. We spotted a few roaches in the kitchen which really made us uncomfortable. The beds were very noisy.
