This large property was fully renovated New heated salt water pool and spa. Flooring to furnishings completely NEW! This large home sits on a double lot in Naples Park just 5 homes from the water/inlet. Located in the most desirable 500 block with a short walk to either Vanderbilt Beach or Delnor-Wiggins Pass State Park. Expansive open floor plan with vaulted ceilings and a great room centrally located in the home which is perfect for family gatherings. The new kitchen with a 10 foot center island and all new appliances opens up to the TV room and Dining Room. One side of the house has two bedrooms, each with a queen size bed that share a double-vanity bathroom. The opposite side of the home features the master suite with a large master bedroom / sitting room, his and hers walk in closets and a private on-suite with a oversized shower and private/separate toilet. The home also has a laundry room with washer and dryer, however all bedding and towels, which are supplied for guests, are professionally laundered. The oversized property is a rare find in Naples Park allowing for a very wide home with a circular driveway. The back yard is fully secluded by a fence for privacy while you enjoy the enormous back yard and heated salt water pool and spa. The patio around the pool is approximately 1500 square feet and has a large dining table, sofa/chairs and a weber grill for bar-b-ques! When not relaxing at this comfortable home or at our sunny beaches, walk to the Mercato for an exciting nightlife with shopping, restaurants and bars galore! This home is no more than a mile to necessities such as Whole Foods and Trader Joes, Coffee Shops, a Fitness Center, Movie Theaters, an Ice Cream Parlor and too many restaurants and bars to list. It was a very clean house and everything was organized. The house and the pool were much bigger than expected. It was very comfortable for 6 people, we loved it.

Great location with really beautiful and clean house. When entering the house you get an spacious and open living room and kitchen with large doors to a big and nice pool and heated spa. A lot of space with 2 grills, many patio furniture to relax and a storage with beach seats and umbrella. Close to the beach, we use to drive , parking is $6 on Wiggins Pass beach ( it’s more like family place) and $10 at Vanderbilt beach ( public beach with more people, teenagers ). Eric the owner is friendly and responding quick to any questions. House and pool is much bigger than you see in pictures. We really enjoyed our time here and thank you Eric again.

This house was perfect for me and my friends to stay at for the weekend. It was only a two minute drive from the beach and we even had beach chairs at the house we could take with us if we wanted to. Overall it was a great weekend at a great place.

This home is incredible. The furnishing are superb and the pool is bigger than most Florida rentals.
There is nothing you could wish for that isn't already here. The homeowner was easily available if needed.

We had a wonderful stay! Weather was perfect! Eric quickly responded to our questions as the hot tub was intermittently working. The pool and the outdoor seating area were spacious and comfortable. The house itself was clean, relaxing and had everything we needed. Quality time together with family…. Priceless!

We stayed in this property over the Christmas holiday and it was perfect . The outdoor space is beautiful. The kitchen was well supplied and the beds were very comfortable . Our only complaint was the wealthier lol. Thank goodness for the hot tub! No complaints here and we were very happy with our location !!!

The location was super convenient. Close to all sorts of shopping...from Publix to Saks! Close enough to the beach to walk for sunsets or exercise but not close enough to walk if you were going to spend a few hours at the beach. You'd want to be dropped off with all of your "stuff". We really had no idea where to stay in Naples as their are multiple tourist areas, but this worked out great. The street was quiet, The pool and backyard was spacious with plenty of different seating areas. Overall, it was a great stay!

House was exactly how described and looked The same as the pictures! I feel enjoyed the location of property to the beach, restaurants and shopping areas.
The owner was very helpful when we needed him and responded quickly to our messages. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to others!

Very Comfortable House
The house is beautiful and in a great location. We were close to the beach, restaurants, brewery and grocery store.
We had three couples staying at the house and it was very roomy. Everyone commented on how comfortable their beds were. The couch was also very comfortable! There was a lot of outdoor seating (comfortable couch outside too) and umbrellas. One of the pool lights was burnt out and I was a little disappointed about that. Also, the planters along the fence were rusty and didn’t have any plants in them. I felt like they could have been removed from the property. However, we did have three brand new beach chairs. Plus about three or four more beach chairs. There were also beach towels. The house had everything we needed. Every time I messaged Eric he got back to me very quickly!

this is a beautiful property with wonderful updates. had everything we needed to cook or go to the beach. greatly enjoyed the pool and hot tub as the backyard is very private and quiet. close to beach, shops and restaurants. thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Get Ready to Relax!!
From the moment we arrived, we truly relaxed. We spent a gorgeous 80 degree day mid January enjoying the pool and hot tub. Eric was quick to respond to every question. In fact we missed an email or two because we were having such a great time. It’s quiet, peaceful and the pool lights are tranquil at night! You won’t want to leave. Looking forward to our next visit. We were very impressed with decor and outdoor space. Only minor issue was our inability to communicate with the owner. It seemed as though that VRBO feature was disabled.

Beautiful house in Naples
The house is completely renovated and decorated very nicely. Plenty of seating and very comfortable. The backyard is a very nice size for FL and the pool and jacuzzi is beautiful. There was a problem and the jacuzzi wasn't working for our first day and a half, but the owner sent the pool company over the next day to fix it. We really enjoyed it!

This was our third time renting the house and it was even better this time. The owner continues to add upgrades, new tv, new washer and dryer, extra outdoor seating, bicycles. We will definitely be back.
