The one and two-story Spanish Hacienda-style villas, with sloping red-tiled roofs hanging over whitewashed plaster walls are luxuriously furnished in early California decor, and boast 10ft. wood-beamed ceilings and 1700 square feet of space, providing the getaway seeker plenty of room to stretch out for a day, a week or a month. Soaking tubs, Wall-mounted flat screen T.V., Kohler fixtures, maple wood cabinetry, dream-sleep mattresses, designer sheets and towels, granite counters and stone tile floors all add to the opulent spa-like ambiance. The fully amenitized chef's kitchen and open floor plan are perfect for entertaining groups, and all balconies and patios feature private electric grills and patio tables to enjoy cooking and dining outdoors. The living room as well as both master bedrooms all open through charming french doors onto tranquil balconies, where the aromas of surrounding bougainvillea and glowing palm trees complement romantic evenings of al fresco dining or wine tasting under a canopy of stars. Other things to Note Main Renter booking the Villa is responsible for their group, must be 21 or older, and must be occupying the property booked for the entire stay. House Rules No smoking; no pets without prior consent of owner. Owner may permit small dogs with a $25/nt. additional pet rent. For April Festivals, all guests must be individually registered with the HOA for access at least four days prior to arrival. Interaction with Guests Guests have complete access to our home. Our condo was clean and centrally located. Unfortunately, the washer was broken but Greg was great and offered to do our laundry if we needed it. He also brought us salt and pepper immediately when I realized there wasn’t any. Great stay and we will be back!

This property was a great location and was perfect for our family to enjoy the outside spaces/pools plus have room inside to have space when we needed. Be prepared to purchase all non-essentials for food as the property had nothing extra in it. We like VRBO for vacations because we tend to only eat out the odd supper, however cooking in the condo was hard as they had nothing extra for spices, salt, pepper or condiments in the fridge. Something we will have to remember for next time. We highly recommend though and will be back again. We did need to contact the building manager for more toilet paper but Greg came as quick as he could and there was no real emergency for us.

My granddaughters loved all the pools and being free to wander around. The unit and the grounds are wonderful. We have stayed at Legacy Villas a few times and will keep coming back

A very nice place to stay. The rooms were well appointed and comfortable, and the Legacy Villas are in a great location with multiple pools and nice landscaping. Definitely recommend!

The resort was really nice. The entrance was nice, all the villas look really pretty. The fountains are nice and all the trees look so beautiful. The rooms were very nice, everything was clean and very roomy.

Great condo, nicely decorated and well equipped. We stayed in condo T25 upstairs as well. Perfect place for our families to be together. Location is nice near a pool and Jacuzzi, so there was not a need to go to the main pool. Qwner and manager are always very helpful.

My family and I have been staying at the Legacy Villas for years. We always so enjoy our stay. My father just had knee replacement surgery and so the desert weather was a dream for him. My young kids love the pools, they feel so at home. And I just love those magical mountains. It's the best place to be in La Quinta.

Loved the villa it was perfect for our family. Very clean and provided everything we needed. Only thing I would say was it was 120C and the pools were heated to 82C, needless to say although the pools are a great feature doesnt make sense to have them heated during the summer. That would be my only negative review. Everything else was great and we are def coming again!
