This house features 2 large decks with table and chairs to enjoy the view. The beach is a 5 minute walk from the house. Take a swim in the Summer Place Pool. Outdoor Shower with change area. Summer Place is a small neighborhood with upscale newer beach homes and less than a half a mile from Ocean Isle Town Center facilities. We had a great time at this property. We had three families staying together and had plenty of room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom which was nice. There was plenty of deck room and room for all (11 people) to eat at the same time. Beach was about a 5-10 minute walk away. House was clean. It's really nicer than the pictures on the website.

I emailed the owner several times with questions about our stay. She was always quick to get back with me. Everything in the description is accurate. Our family of 11 thoroughly enjoy our stay during our weeklong stay at the beach. Probably the best thing about this property is that there is a beach access right beside the house that makes getting to the beach a lot faster than other properties on this street.

House and area was amazing. We had an amazing vacation and house was perfect. Only complaint would have been clothes dryer did not dry clothes good. We had to run each load at least 2 to 3 times to get completely dry, but other than that it was great and would love to stay here again.

Our extended family vacation was nearly seamless at this beautiful home! It fit our party of 13 well.
As many others have said, the pictures don't quite do it justice. It was spacious and having a bathroom for each bedroom is a huge plus!
It was a quick walk to the beach and while we never used the pool, it was nice to know it was there if had enough sand. This was our first trip to Ocean Isle (though we're quite familiar with the other Brunswick County beaches) but I suspect we'll be back...if we can stay at this property again. It was excellent!

Wonderful stay!
This was our second time staying at this property and we had again a wonderful time. The house was clean and is well taken care of. The rooms are spacious and the kitchen is stocked with anything you might need. Overall another wonderful week at OIB!

2022 family trip.
This was are second trip to Ocean Isle. Although it’s grown a-lot since are first trip. It’s still a wonderful beach. This was are first stay at this house. It’s a nice place close to everything by a short walk or drive. We would recommend this place if you visit ocean isle.

Perfect house for multi family trip
The house is perfect for multi family trip. The home is in great condition and the pictures actually don’t do it justice. The kitchen is well stocked Every bedroom has its own bathroom and TV. It is a short walk to the pool and beach. The owners are very responsive to questions. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone visiting Ocean Isle

The house was perfect for my family and adult children, loved how every room had its own bathroom. kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed and plenty of room for us all. We enjoyed the easy beach access and the pool was a added touch. Also enjoyed sitting on the porch in thr evenings.

We enjoyed our stay. The house was amazing and the community pool was convenient and the kids.loved it. The house had a nice wagon for the beach. This was our first stay at ocean isle and we loved the park and the concert on Friday!

We were very surprised the water heater even kept up with the hot water. It wasn't a long walk to the beach or pool so the older kids could go whenever they wanted. We'd stay here again.

Wonderful week in the perfect house for us!
We had a great time in this OIB rental! The house offered plenty of space for our larger group to gather, share meals and play games, while also giving everyone the privacy of a bathroom with each bedroom. The kitchen has everything you could need incl. a separate ice maker! The walk to the beach was easy and short. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We really like this house!! The upgrades in the kitchen - refrigerator, stove - were great (we stayed here before several years ago). It was very clean when we arrived. Unfortunately, it will no longer meet the needs of our growing family, so we have had to rent another house for next year. But we highly recommend it to others. Thank you for a positive rental experience!!

The house has enough room for plenty of people. We went with 4 different families and every one had their own space and bathrooms with an extra room for kids. We were very surprised the water heater even kept up with the hot water. It wasn't a long walk to the beach or pool so the older kids could go whenever they wanted. We'd stay here again.

Great Family Week!
Thank you for sharing your lovely home with our family! The house was well appointed and the kitchen is situated to be able to feed large groups. Each of the 5 bedrooms having a dedicated bathroom makes it comfortable for multiple families to stay together and still have some privacy. It was a wonderful week :)

Great house in adorable OIB
House was clean and every bedroom had a bathroom! It was a short walk to beach and community pool. Lots of outdoor sitting space and quiet, safe neighborhood. Outdoor shower was awesome. If you have small children, I recommend you bring or rent a wagon for walking and carrying beach stuff. The softer mattresses were the only con. I highly recommend this place and also the area if you haven’t been! Prefect for families!

Best beach house for a big family
This was a perfect house for us. There was 11 of us, 4 of those are 4 and under. It’s kid friendly and each family had their own bathroom. The house was overall clean, we expected to have some sand due to us going to the beach but we swept everyday and made sure to use the outdoor shower prior to coming in. Our family loved seating outside together and the table inside was also big enough for us. The beach was only a 5 minute walk and the pool was about 3 minutes. The access was right beside the house so it was also convenient. Our family would park at the pool on days that we didn’t feel like walking and there was always room for parking there. Overall, we would stay here again in the future.
