Welcome to Footprints in the Sand! As one of the only seven-bedroom homes in the community, it also offers 6,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space. Thoughtfully designed for everyone's comfort, there are five king master bedrooms with private baths. One features an attached nursery with a crib and day bed with trundle. Another is a separate guest house with private sitting area and kitchenette. And the third floor is perfect for older children, with two bunk rooms joined by a small tv area. On the second floor you'll find a den with sofa & TV. When it's time for everyone to gather, there's plenty of room in the spacious downstairs living area. An oversized sectional plus a large flat screen make for the perfect movie night. You'll also appreciate two separate laundry areas and a fully stocked kitchen with ice maker, trash compactor, and reverse osmosis faucets. Many of the communities along 30A are continuing to expand, so many more individuals can come enjoy the crystal blue waters of the Panhandle. Unfortunately, a side effect of this is construction and all the items that come along with it, such as noise, road blocks, etc. We understand this can be inconvenient for our guests, which is why we have chosen to make all possible guests aware of the possibility of this during their beach vacation. As most of this is outside of 30A Cottages realm of control, we are not able to offer discounts/compensation for any noise complaints, road blockades, etc. during a guest's stay. Community Amenities Seacrest Beach, Florida, is conveniently located near some of the most popular dining and shopping venues along Scenic Highway 30A. Within a short walk or bike ride you can enjoy the top-rated restaurants, shops, and activities in the Village of Seacrest, Alys Beach, Rosemary Beach, and Inlet Beach. The two most remarkable things about the Seacrest community are the complimentary Beach Tram service and access to the largest pool on 30A. The tram, which runs March through October, will have you on one of the world's most beautiful beaches in no time. It also runs through the community, among the shops, and to the 12,000-square-foot community pool, which features multiple layers, waterfalls, fountains, two bath houses and ample lounge chairs to relax in. NOTE: Golf carts are prohibited in the Seacrest Beach Community Parking Footprints in the Sand has parking for 3-4 vehicles in the driveway. NO TRAILERS OF ANY KIND ARE ALLOWED IN THE COMMUNITY. Off-street parking spaces for vehicles are available on a first-come, first-served basis throughout the community. Proximity to your property is not guaranteed. Off-street parking is only permitted if your car is parked in a designated lined parking space with a valid parking permit/ hangtag. Parking anywhere on the street in non-designated areas is prohibited. Tags are issued at the time of check-in and must be displayed and clearly visible at all times in every vehicle. The Seacrest Property Owners Association strictly enforces all parking regulations. 30A Cottages will not be liable for any fines or towing expenses incurred by any guest staying in or visiting, your home. TVs In Home Please note that only the main house living room TV and the third-floor game room TV have cable. The guest house TVs are internet based only, so guests can use them for streaming and apps like Netflix/Hulu. The remaining TVs in the home do not have cable or internet access, and only have DVD players. Reservation/Booking Policy ***The cancelation policy and terms of the 30A Cottages & Concierge Vacation Rental Agreement emailed to you at confirmation override any terms and policies from a third party booking site such as VRBO.com, HomeAway.com, or VacationRentals.com. We are not able to reimburse any additional service fees incurred for online bookings outside of our company website since these fees are charged by a third party. We do not offer 100% refund for cancelation at any time after the booking has been processed. A 5% cancelation fee will be charged to cover credit card and document processing for all cancelations. ~ NO SMOKING ~ Pets Not Allowed (Excluding certified service animals only.
