Great location (though up a steep hill) close to myeong dong Airport bus and subway station. Good WiFi, good sized comfortable room, shared kitchen and laundry facilities just be aware the drier takes a lot longer than the display claims Good value in a good area

Well.. it was a dirty room.. there was bed fleas and they made scars around my legs.. at first I thought it because of mosquitoes but there was no single mosquitoes in my room and it wasn’t a mosquito bite… yeah they have balcony but it was also so dirty that couldn’t use it.. you start to itch after a while using the balcony and bed… I couldn’t get proper sleep thanks to it… idk how these scars will go around my legs.. it’s located in a good street but I should warn you there are long ramps till you arrive there which owner never mentioned about it.. if I’d knew it I’d take a taxi..

It's our second time here. The room is big and toiletries are provided. Free water too! Great location if you don't mind the walk.

Nice place to sleep ! the room is quiet big near to Namsan parc and the Seoul tower. Not so far to the center by walk as well.

The facility manager helped lift my heavy luggage. The surrounding location was great, easy to access subway and close to myeongdong and namdaemoon market etc. prices are reasonable.

But the house is on the hill, which is very steep. If you have heavy luggage and are not young like me, it would be a challenge. The room was ok, but there was no air fan in the toilet. No heater.

- the location, close to the metro, and really centrally located - drinking water available for guests - body soap, shampoo, toothpaste and toothbrushes available - shared kitchen - possibility to leave the luggage before the check-in time

- very hard bed, and I mean so hard that if you stepped on it, it almost didn't even bend - no openable window in the room, the only opening room was in the bathroom - smell - even with the window in the bathroom open almost all the time, the room was kind of stuffy and a little smelly [It's not really the hostel's fault, but the street leading to the hostel is really steep, so if you are coming with heavy suitcase, it might be problematic - for us, with backpacks it was okay]

The only thing I had to complain about was that it was up a very steep hill and I am very unfit. hehe. Otherwise everything else was quite good. The bed was firm which I liked. The heating was on point and I really liked the view from my window. It was easy to find once I knew where it was and there was easy access to drinking water right outside my door. Myeongdong station was a short walk away and it was easy to navigate around from. I also really liked the shampoo that was provided it made my hair feel really nice.

It was a little noisy if someone was using the washing machine since my room was opposite the laundry room. Sometimes noise did travel if people were talking loud. THE HILL but that isn't really House Namsans fault lol

The room was clean and warrm. The bed was comfortable. Excellent location for sightseeing. 1 minute walk to the cable car station for Namsan Tower. It's close to Myeongdong subway and plenty of food places. My room was a little bit noisy as close to the entrance but still had a good night's sleep, Value for money and I would stay here again.

The room is spacious, all amenities are complete (towels, body wash, shampoo, tooth brush, tooth paste), they provide a lot of clothes hanger, adaptor, hair dryer, TV, mini fridge and warmer. The bed is clean (even though it felt a bit thin & flat?) The hot water in the bathroom works really well. You can get drinking water in the kitchen and also cooks there. There is also a washing machine near the kitchen.

The location. It literally at the hill of Namsan. It is close to N Seoul Tower cable car. But the hill is very very steep. When you hike up with big and heavy luggages, woah.. it's really hard. When you hike back down with luggage, it is also really scary (I afraid to slip and lost control of my luggages). If you are traveling light, this place would be okay. But if you bring a lot of luggages, you may want to think twice.

The guesthouse is at hill top and too steep to climb up . Exhausted if you take huge luggage to climb up , no elevator in the building also , need to take stairs .

Quite far from station. The hotel is located in quite hilly place. No elevator, so you need to take stairs with your luggage. Room is quite old and smelly.

Reasonable price for two people.

The building is old and visitor need a PIN number before entering the accommodation. The hotel is located in hilly area, so I felt large concern for falling down while walking an icy load.

It's a nice place. It looks like a flat, but every room has their own bathroom. There is also a well-equipped kitchen where you could cook yourself or use the washing machine. I can imagine that some people also use this accomodation for longer stays like internships or so. It feels a bit like a student residence.

There was a sign somewhere, that i would be charged a fee if the towels would get "contaminated". I'm not sure what this exactly means, but i did not have any issues after using the towels normally.

The location is good. This place is perfect if you have to spend a weekend in the city center.

Owner responded quickly to our inquiries about the homestay and helped us arrange the airport van for our departure.
