This mid century modern styled home is a 15-20 minute drive to CBD & Airport. Main bedroom has queen bed, second bedroom a queen bed, third bedroom is a king single with a trundler bed. Fourth bedroom is a sleepout joined by decking, with a queen bed, ensuite with bath & toilet. A comfortable lounge with dining area, apple TV, including Netflix & wifi throughout the house. The lounge opens on to a sunny north facing deck. We love coffee, records, tea, greenery, decks, gardening, bbqs, beekeeping and cooking! All that is reflected and offered in our modern home. The large deck is great for soaking up the sun, having a BBQ or lounging in the hammock. The kitchen is a dream to cook in with a lot of bench space and everything you need to whip up a meal. The lounge is comfortable and relaxing for a spot of tv watching, with a wide record collection to put on some tunes. Air conditioner and heat pump to suit make the house just the temperature you like! A stocked herb and vege garden for fresh goodies. Honey from the on-site beehives available for your morning toast. There is an apiary on-site so not suitable for individuals with anaphylaxis to bees. Breakfast and basic items are there so you have your first mornings after you arrive sorted, there is toast in the freezer and cereal in the pantry along with spreads. A range of teas and coffee for you to help yourself to. The house is in a diverse neighborhood, not far from Sylvia Park, a major shopping and the train station. The motorway is accessible and it's about a 20-minute drive to Auckland's CBD and the airport. Neighboring properties are going through development from November to April 2023 so there may be noise disruptions during the day. Our house is on the same block as the trinity cemetery. We love it as it's quiet but if you have cultural views about cemeteries then look into the location further.
